i took karate as a young child then quit at blue belt i think i quit around 3rd grade or so, then did taekwondo some years later in middleschool and early highschool and did some 'sparing' with adults but i kinda felt outmatched i wasnt strong at all early in highschool but had to fight older  since i was so tall , i quit after my blue or purple belt cant remember but didnt get much out of taekwondo i felt like i was gonna get killed sooner or later if i wanted to fight in tournaments i was very unconfident at that age and didnt have full use of my body like i do now, its much better to just have a workout with  karate/taekwondo punches and kicks and sweat like crazy
Any thoughts of doing MMA?

Don't you want more mass?

Do you just want to get leaner nowadays??

im looking pretty ripped at the moment brother

its like every 3 days a certain area of my body looks noticeabley leaner

i beleive certain segments on my body (legs abs chest back) are fo-going fatloss rotations

for me its hard to make mental memory of everyday of exactly what my fat is per segment of bodypart

but i can say for sure atleast my abs look better every 3 days, so i must assume other bodyparts are losing fat in the same fashion

i would anser your question with even more detail

Indicators of delusion :

1.The patient expresses an idea or belief with unusual persistence or force. YES
2.That idea appears to exert an undue influence on his or her life, and the way of life is often altered to an inexplicable extent.YES
3.Despite his/her profound conviction, there is often a quality of secretiveness or suspicion when the patient is questioned about it. NO
4.The individual tends to be humorless and oversensitive, especially about the belief. YES
5.There is a quality of centrality: no matter how unlikely it is that these strange things are happening to him, the patient accepts them relatively unquestioningly. YES
6.An attempt to contradict the belief is likely to arouse an inappropriately strong emotional reaction, often with irritability and hostility. YES
7.The belief is, at the least, unlikely, and out of keeping with the patient's social, cultural and religious background.NO
8.The patient is emotionally over-invested in the idea and it overwhelms other elements of his or her psyche.YES
9.The delusion, if acted out, often leads to behaviors which are abnormal and/or out of character, although perhaps understandable in the light of the delusional beliefs. YES
10.Individuals who know the patient will observe that his or her belief and behavior are uncharacteristic and alien. NO

wed be suprised what the temp of that fatty tissue is when cold

cold will make fail when desiring to have a normally optimal metabolism

this fat is bonded with water and will not feel like expending these bonds in cold thus it steals from your well being, instead youll burn neuron or atoms cns dna wich are emergencie feuls since fat burning is turned off

bottom line is dress very warm and still do cardio

WOW....do you just pull random ideas together and spew them out hoping that it will make sense????  Fat will not feel like expending these bonds?  Like fat has a sentient consciousness?  Dear lord you're retarded
