Actually his sponsors made a "bad move" on Lee Priest. According to what Lee said, they got upset because he was launching and promoting his own supplement line. But everything was already written in the contract signed by both parties, including Lee's own supplement line. So nothing here is Lee's fault.

Lee Andrew McCutcheon, uses his stepdads last name(has since he started bodybuilding). Some people will do this as their "stage name"
As for Infinite, let's just say, it's a serious breach of confidentiality on their part putting a private contract online. So you can bet your ass going to court on the part of Lee would not be a problem. Also if anyone can read and actually understand a contract, it does say clearly ... Lee can promote his own line within Australia. Signed and sealed by Infinitelabs. Maybe they should have been more clear in where he can or cannot promote this... i.e the internet. As it stands, firing him unfairly because he is doing exactly what the contract stipulates, will cost them in the end.

About him not being a good sponsored athlete... Yes, he has had a few contracts with different supplement companies. But the ONLY one Lee ever said was shit, was Muscletech. And I think he still says that today. Shit products from them.
He was with Weider for 4years.
Got a better offer from Pro-Lab, with them 4years.
Pro-lab was then sold.
Twin-Lab offered Lee a contract that lasted 4years.
Twin-Lab then was bought by another company.
Muscletech offered Lee a 3year deal. After 8months with them, he decided to get out of the contract. Not only were the products shit, but they were lying about the fact that Lee was open that he never used their products. Now if they were having an issue with the fact that Lee was being honest about the crap they were selling, they could and would have taken him to court. After all, we're talking about a big American company. And they do love to sue. But they knew that once it is known that a well known bodybuilder, under contract, do not want to endorse their product, they found it to their advantage to let him go without further dispute.
He was offered a 1year contract with Cell.
That is his history with american supplement companies

You have serious issues going on in your head. Jesus Christ, Lee is a serial philanderer! Just look at his history with fitness sluts?!?...And yes, some of the rumours in regards to the 'male liaisons' must be very painful for you to bear.
Bottom line, Lee has never come to terms with his father's homosexuality. He feels ashamed of that. It has caused him pain and confusion -an issue he has never resolved nor accepted. Hence, his bizarre fascination with 'Boston steamers' and glass coffee tables.

If you read the whole contract, it does state this. But then again, your dislike for Lee does cloud your ability to read and also understanding of a simple sentence. I see HairyB, you have a fascination with Lee's inability to spell correctly or to write a sentence without the appropriate full stop at the end. If you are going to have a complaint, make it more interesting than this. I have known him long enough to know this is how he writes. Thankfully I am able to read past the non-excistant punctuation marks to the meaning of the post.
As for the judge laughing at either of us.... Considering the mockery Infinite has made of this situation by posting a private contractual agreement, it will be very interesting if a judge or jury will find this amusing. I have read and negotiated enough contracts. I do know the legal ramifications that goes along with it. They cannot wish their agreement with Lee to have his own company, away. They should have been very clear on the matter as to where he can or cannot promote. That is and has never been a part of the agreement.
Maybe the industry should take note of Infinite's inabitily to abide by a contract. Also their reaction to a disagreement over said contract. And the fact that they do not know the meaning of confidential. This will do far more damage to them in the short and long run for future endeavors in this industry.

Cormier had a hair up his fat black ass, and decided to go "ghetto" on Lee at a restaurant. There was a table of children in the immediate vicinity, so Lee chose to de-escalate the situation as quickly as possible.
Cormier is famous for flipping out on people, and has done the same with Tom Prince in the past (Chick did the de-escalating in that case).
FYI: CC was a bouncer at one time, and was once grazed with a punch from Mike Tyson at a nightclub.

At times it is admirable to have the fortitude to speak one's mind, regardless of the outcome. However, sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. This quality comes with maturity, which Lee has demonstrated he often lacks. His mouth has cost him a great deal financially over the years and to what end? Undoubtedly, Lee has had to have had a sense of foreboding of what consequences were in store for him, but just can't seem to get out of his own way. I can't comment on the current circumstances he is involved in with his latest sponsor, but if history is to be taken as any indication.

This is one of the oldest Muscle Beach stories around... it's been printed in a bunch of mags, talked about by Cormier and Priest tons of times, I don't remember what the problem was about but it resolved in Cormier coming up to priest's table at a restaurant mid-meal and knocking the table over and challenging lee to hit him, or something along those lines.. I'm sure you can get one of the older guys here to find the issue and scan it.

Lee Andrew McCutcheon, uses his stepdads last name(has since he started bodybuilding). Some people will do this as their "stage name"
As for Infinite, let's just say, it's a serious breach of confidentiality on their part putting a private contract online. So you can bet your ass going to court on the part of Lee would not be a problem. Also if anyone can read and actually understand a contract, it does say clearly ... Lee can promote his own line within Australia. Signed and sealed by Infinitelabs. Maybe they should have been more clear in where he can or cannot promote this... i.e the internet. As it stands, firing him unfairly because he is doing exactly what the contract stipulates, will cost them in the end.
As I recall, it was Lee's mother, who legally changed his last name from McCutcheon to Priest, when she remarried. And Lee has kept the name, since then. According to his mum, she did that for Lee's safety as kids kept picking on him, when they found out his father was gay, or a "poofter" (as she put it).

About him not being a good sponsored athlete... Yes, he has had a few contracts with different supplement companies. But the ONLY one Lee ever said was shit, was Muscletech. And I think he still says that today. Shit products from them.
He was with Weider for 4years.
Got a better offer from Pro-Lab, with them 4years.
Pro-lab was then sold.
Twin-Lab offered Lee a contract that lasted 4years.
Twin-Lab then was bought by another company.
Muscletech offered Lee a 3year deal. After 8months with them, he decided to get out of the contract. Not only were the products shit, but they were lying about the fact that Lee was open that he never used their products. Now if they were having an issue with the fact that Lee was being honest about the crap they were selling, they could and would have taken him to court. After all, we're talking about a big American company. And they do love to sue. But they knew that once it is known that a well known bodybuilder, under contract, do not want to endorse their product, they found it to their advantage to let him go without further dispute.
He was offered a 1year contract with Cell.
That is his history with american supplement companies
I'm not sure if the order is right. If I'm not mistaken, Priest was with MuscleTech before he went to Twinlab. And, he went to MuscleTech, after Natrol bought out ProLab and either dropped him or wanted to severely cut his pay.
