Mrs. Priest, you make a brave counter move.  Yes, your glib style is intriguing.  I am the first to admit that Lee is a dynamic and complex person.  You have taken on lot. 

You never control nor tame Lee.  He is his own person.  Lee has a well documented violent history with women.  He rages and irrationalities are legendary amongst those who are close to him....There are many ugly stories.This little man has a lot of skeletons and they continue to do the circuit around Newcastle.

The question is, why did Lee lie?

Apparently there are some that clearly do not grasp the meaning of ....

If you read the whole contract, it does state this. But then again, your dislike for Lee does cloud your ability to read and also understanding of a simple sentence. I see HairyB, you have a fascination with Lee's inability to spell correctly or to write a sentence without the appropriate full stop at the end. If you are going to have a complaint, make it more interesting than this. I have known him long enough to know this is how he writes. Thankfully I am able to read past the non-excistant punctuation marks to the meaning of the post.

As for the judge laughing at either of us.... Considering the mockery Infinite has made of this situation by posting a private contractual agreement, it will be very interesting if a judge or jury will find this amusing. I have read and negotiated enough contracts. I do know the legal ramifications that goes along with it. They cannot wish their agreement with Lee to have his own company, away. They should have been very clear on the matter as to where he can or cannot promote. That is and has never been a part of the agreement.

Maybe the industry should take note of Infinite's inabitily to abide by a contract. Also their reaction to a disagreement over said contract. And the fact that they do not know the meaning of confidential. This will do far more damage to them in the short and long run for future endeavors in this industry.

Cormier had a hair up his fat black ass, and decided to go "ghetto" on Lee at a restaurant.  There was a table of children in the immediate vicinity, so Lee chose to de-escalate the situation as quickly as possible.

Cormier is famous for flipping out on people, and has done the same with Tom Prince in the past (Chick did the de-escalating in that case).

FYI: CC was a bouncer at one time, and was once grazed with a punch from Mike Tyson at a nightclub.
