pm weights heavy
pm cardio 30 min

I would do the pm cardio before the weights, but that is just me, oh wait I dont lift weights. So big_mal, are you running or just throwing around big tires ;D

I actually ran this am...yesterday at work i took my bp for shits and giggles...and im 135 over 60
i gotta get some cardio and lay off the arroz con pollo....
