Ate too much protein today, now my piss smells like a fireworks factory.
Should I be concerned?

Better than having protein farts. Actually, it is pretty fun to dutch oven a girl when you have really bad protein farts.

What's your body weight? If you are over 200 lbs then that's not too much protein.

Not really!!! I consume about that much back in college, when I weighed 189 lbs. I ended up at 210 by semester's end.
The "sauce" wasn't even in the picture. Heck, I could afford little more than weight gainer (Mega Mass 2000) and GNC's cheap Challenge Milk-and-Egg protein powder.

What's your body weight? If you are over 200 lbs then that's not too much protein.
Hmmm.....300 grams of protein is good if you weigh about 150lbs. ;) If you are trying to gain some muscle, got to eat at least 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Just do it, will ya? :)

not doubting u,but consider freshman 15,late night studying/eating,age ,ur body is growing like a weed with training due to newness of all things considered.

Yes, very much, because your kidneys are going to meet their failure point before your next birthday...Just kidding, and anyway, you will be fine after transplant... But seriously: You bleeding assholes shouldn't mix up pounds and grams, because the rule of thumb in this matter comes from the metric standard. If you are training without drugs, you need about 2 grams of protein per lean kilo of body weight. In your system it means 1 gram per 2 pounds of lean body weight, because 1 kilo is few grams shy from two pounds. That isn't very hard to understand, isn't it. If we want to use ounces and pounds, it would be 0,07055 ounces per 2 pounds, and who will remember that? And lean body weight means that you must estimate your body fat percent and do some calculations, like this: If your body weight is 185 lb and you fat% is 45 as it seem to be, it means 185 - 45% = your lean body weight is 101lb = 46 kilos, so you need just 92 grams of protein per day. Have fun... ;D
