what you fail to understand it seems is that if you sleep with a woman knowing that if you get her pregnant you want an abortion, you shouldn't be sleeping with her in the first place. No sex = no baby. Period. That is your right and your choice RIGHT THERE. Don't want to have a child with a woman? Don't fu*k her. The choice is simple tony if you or others can not control their desires and end up getting girls they wouldn't want children with pregnant, too bad. Your choice was to sleep with her or not, that is when your choice is made. After that it's her body and her decision.
I actually believe it should be unlawful to not see your children, to fall behind one cent on child support and to be a deadbeat father. Far too many men walk away from their responsibilities or hide behind payments in leiu of actual caring and love for a child.
Once again to re-iterate because you seem to have this stupid notion that after the deed you should have a legal choice - once YOU decide to have YOUR bodily fluids leave YOUR body (again YOUR choice) and they combine with hers to start the formation of life, it is then HER decision and HER right because it is HER body. You had the control over YOUR body before conception, YOU made the choice because it was YOUR body. It's very simple but you just don't get it.

I agree and it is unlawful to fall behind in child support...they will garnish your wages take tax returns etc...

a slim, very slim percentage do have to pay child support youre correct but then again it was their choice to pay child support...A CHOICE THE MAN DOESNT GET...b/c they CHOSE to have the baby...

You are protected by the court in matters of deception/false pretenses such as you mentioned. The problem is, most men do not seek legal assistance. The same goes for Child Support. There is a chronic problem of men NOT seeking legal advice in order to get the courts moving to enforce that the woman pays child support.

So if the dad must "Pay and stay away" he should only pay a small amount because he is not being allowed input for child
If a dad get 50% of the kid he should pay a proportional amount etc etc
That would stop the find a rich guy, get pregnant, then your set for life mentality that I see happening now especially amongst woman my age
