right now im doing abs 4x a week. i do 3 sets of 30 crunches and 2x15 leg raises for lower abs. is this enough or should i do more

personally.......i think you have a good ab routine going there!

The workout itself seems okay but four times a week?
I would cut it down to twice a week personally - I train my abs twice a week and I think i would just overtrain them if I did any more.
