Smaller portions, more meals
You need to get up x2 in the night to eat.
400 cal portions, 12 meals per day
you won't look "soft", it will keep you full and shred the fat.
don't stuff yourself on 2000 cal meals.
Lot's of fiber, lots of water. full and hard

Panda, yes depressed, I was a new mom, she never slept. I ate my feelings. That being said, I continued eating crap and got up to 263 pounds. No I wasnt heavy my whole life. I joined Weight Watchers and the gym on Feb 8,2008. Got down to 110 but looked sickly..Now Im 126 getting back down to 120.
Loose skin, yes a tad on lower portion of stomach. But all things considered, I dont have alot

Awesome job. That is a huge (no pun) accomplishment to dedicate yourself to get back to your desired goal. Shows a tremendous amount of willpower and dedication. :)

Thanks NCNPC, Fat and Susan..it was easy if you have the drive and determination like I do..I made every excuse in the book. But you look at your then 2 year old and being 5ft 3 and 263 your health is heading in the wrong direction for sure. Now, I couldn't be happier inside and out. Its the best I have looked since high school. Yes, I'm at the gym 7 days a week. I am vain about how I look and obsess over it, that I cannot help its what is my drive

i was wondering the same thing, i assumed she was a late bloomer into the fitness addiction and also a bit of a milfish schmoe type.. and thats basically what she just admitted to... so yeah. fits in here nicely :)

Mariachi, not hating at all, but your b/f is still way too high. If you cut down slowly, you can keep alot of your muscle, but you're still going to lose a bunch.
