Smaller portions, more meals

You need to get up x2 in the night to eat.

400 cal portions, 12 meals per day

you won't look "soft", it will keep you full and shred the fat.

don't stuff yourself on 2000 cal meals.

Lot's of fiber, lots of water. full and hard

That being said, I dislike when someone has the nuggets to ask a woman why she posts on a bodybuilding board. Been around a long time on this and others. Met my daughters father at a bb show in jersey, that was 9 years ago. Yes I do like looking at bbers DUH, I'm a female..

No I don't compete, before I gained all my weight from 06-08 I still posted. 2008 lost 150 llbs..now what is your story
