Do you actually workout or do you schmoe here? Those are not bicep curls. They are hammer curls. A lot of people can do a heck of a lot more weight with hammers than bicep curls.
Stick to cars and leave the bodybuilding to the big boys.

When I was taught to do curls I was taught to go up where my triceps are parallel to the ground. So you bring your elbow up and the weight to your upper chest. You contract the bicep so much more doing it this way

Guess that would be kind of impressive, seeing has how the gentleman weights around a buck 50 (maybe). More of a half clean/curl or what ever you want it to be. Knew a couple of guy's in high school who did one arm concentration curls (slight cheat..fairy good style) with 105+ for regular workout rep's.

those are cheat hammer curls, which are even easier than regular cheat curls.

I actually meant to put hammer curls in the title, but I was typing on my iPhone. And I do lift occasionally, doing more cardio than lifting. Before I was a avid lifter...and yes I know one can do more weight with hammer curls, but actually a strict hammer movement one uses little body movement, possibly a side to side due to the body's adjustment to weight. It's very good for the bracs and a good forearm movement as well.

Just fucking with ya parker. Hammers are awesome but they do give people these complexes that they can curl more than they can actually do.

No prob, I should have proof read the title. Did you read the dude's comments, he told somebody to put up their vids. I actually was looking at his vid where he does about 20 neck bridges with a 45 pound weight.

Yeah, his reps were not the greatest, but they were "cheat" curls. Better than the original posters cheat curls lol

I don't completely agree with you. Pullups can be good, but so can curls.

Hammer curls train the biceps and brachialis primarily. Hope this helps.

I like how he has the bench that is suppose to be under his feet, is all the way up almost past his ankles. And I was hoping he wouldhit his head with the bar when he was doing those "curls"
