it all is dependent on your mental constitution. some dudes, even when you know they are hungover as fuck running on 1 hour sleep after getting smashed for 9 hours, are still smiling, upbeat and cheery...some people lose their arms/legs and end up as freaks and can maintain such an air of positivity that they start doing motivational speeches/shows....some dudes have something small/trivial happen to them and fall into a depression...its all to do with the chemical balances in your brain, you have no control over it.
some people can go on a diet and eat 20 carbs a day and still be smiling and happy, some dudes can miss one meal and will fall into a depression/pain/misery mind state. it has to do with the genetic makeup of your brain and its chemical levels, you get what you get.

What are u eating??
Also the first few days are always the worst, once your body gets adapted to the lower carbs and switches energy sources, you'll be alright.

Is this all you eat all day long? Good lord, that is like one normal meal to any normal person who works out.

I can't believe the way people eat here. This kind of "diet" is what the average joe who doesn't even train would eat. Cereal in the morning, a sandwich for lunch and a steak for dinner... No wonder 90% of the people who post here are twinks. There's no reason for your carbs to be that low unless you are on a high fat diet and then it should be below 25 grams. Lose the fucking peanut butter (that's not a meal) and replace it with olive and fish oil actually just throw the whole thing out and start over. Eat like a fucking man and get your ass on the treadmill.
-
what exactly are ur goals with that diet?
where are u at now?
u prolly feel like shit cos your calories are really low and u are eaing lowish' carbs but without many healthy fats or protein....thats a recipe for disaster bro. Especially if you're training on top of this.

I'm 226 right now at high 20% bodyfat. Aiming for a shredded 160.
Weight training 5 days per week.
No cardio. I'm on my feet all day at work.

four meals a day is fine bro, but you gotta increase your protein big time and if u want to go with a low carb approach ( which will work wonders, especially in the beginning ) raise your fats up and keep the carbs to an absolute minimum or take them out completely.

A bit of patience in bring your carbs down gradually, rather than extreme cold turkey will make the transition easier.
With adding fat to your meals, try to segment your meals into either protein+carb or protein+fat with logically, the p+c meals being at the start of the day. Every food you see that makes you fat is a combination of carbs and fat and that is the single most important piece of knowledge anybody making food choices should know. Following that logic, it's really, really hard to get fat.
(I'm no "expert" atall, but I've done the cut a few times and I'm 10kgs down since start of May, without drugs. No calorie counting, atall. It's really quite simple - Eat less, getting the carbs in early and turn up to the gym 5-7 times a week and the weight will be gone).
Whilst creatine gives you water weight, it also makes a massive difference in how you tackle your aerobic exercise. I wouldn't come off it in the middle of a diet again. Tried that this time, attitude and energy was incredibly diminished.
This is only a personal opinion but I've done very low carb (25g) and this time I've done lowish (100~g) and to me, there's no difference in how effective it is. The general difference is that this diet has been easy. Really easy. No cravings at all. More important to get the calories in and to exercise.

Being on your feet for eight hours a day doesn't mean shit it obviously hasn't worked any wonders for you. You're over 20% bodyfat (you're really probably alot higher) you need to get your fat ass on the treadmill and sweat you pig. If your goal is to be a "shredded" 160 (seriously?)then cut your calories to 1200 and do an hour of cardio a day. You don't have to worry about weight training cause at 160 you won't have any muscle anyway.

Red meat, Red meat, and more Red meat. If you're getting enough animal fats low carb really is a breeze.
-
Healthy fats and high intensity cardio is working for me.

Why are you on a low carb diet in the first place? Is your insulin sensitivity that bad?
50 grs per day is pretty low, why don't you try being on a caloric deficit first with moderate carbs and see how that works for you. You may not need to bring your carbs so low in the first place.

whey protein shakes w water n raw eggs in between meals. carbs in the form of oatmeal n yams only on training days. increase fats.
