I've been on 50 grams of carbs a day for the past 2 days and I'm a walking zombie. How do us blue collar guys do this shit and still perform at work?!?
Why are you on a low carb diet in the first place? Is your insulin sensitivity that bad?
50 grs per day is pretty low, why don't you try being on a caloric deficit first with moderate carbs and see how that works for you. You may not need to bring your carbs so low in the first place.
