After

"my plan now is since im going back to MMA training after this fridays surgery, i plan on keeping calories same (3k-3.3k training days and 2.6k rest days) and with the 2hrs a day 5-6x aweek with MMA, ill def. shed some weight. just for a bit. mabye until i loose 8lbs. then keep bulking to 190-195. then cut back down to 185. i just wanna see how much mass i have if i cut a bit of weight. 8lbs shouldnt take more then a month with MMA and keeping my cals the same. Epic.

Would have liked to have seen an Arvillaesque quad sweep video where he wiggles the new found muscle mass he developed.

Saw this beauty in the "did people treat you differently after losing alot of fat" thread

"On Sat after working out, I decided to run to Costco to buy some grubbage for the week. I was standing in line waiting to check out and noticed a ridiculously hot jailbait with her mom checking out next to me. Every time I looked over there I noticed she would look away and tell her mom something. Finally, on our way out (I was in directly in front of them) I heard her tell her mom that I had a sexy body and I must workout to which I turned around and said "Thanks and I do work out" Consequently, JB turned tomato red and finally said I didn't think u heard me my gosh I'm so embarrassed. I just laughed and so did her mom it was pretty funny. "

Reminds me of that bb.com kid (who someone found) whose pics of his before and after 'bulk' showed him going from skinny to fatass. He thought he ruled. Getbig disagreed.

I can't remember his name. Australian? Had football pennants on the wall. Anyone?

The one who caused supermodels to crash their Ferrari's after they seen him walking down the street in his sleeveless t-shirt?

Wow, genetics are a helluva bad set of cards sometimes....

Yeah and training and nutrition (aka effort) had nothing to do with it.

NUTRIENT TIMING!!!!!!!  If that kid knew how to listen to his body, he would be the next Jay Cutler.  Proper training, nutrient dense foods at the percise times would take this kid to the top.  Shawn Ray body by 18, Jay Cutler body by 24.
