Some of you may know me from other boards, most will not.
Eating a little junk as it keeps calories high and I can :D

500ml egg whites & 50g whey
75g cereal & 500ml full fat milk
1 x banana
1 x toast and pate
1 x pre/pro biotic drink
10:30
100g MRP & 500ml full fat milk
13:00
300g chicken
75g rice & sweet and sour sauce w/pineapple
1 x snickers bar
PWO 15:30
500ml egg white & 50g MPI
75g Malto & 2 x banana
16:30
300g steak
250g oven chips
1/2 tin of beans
20:00
Anything I choose (normal meal/2-3 x week takeaway)

6 eggs & 50g MPI
100g peanut butter

I dont mind it, the evening meal of what ever I choose breaks it up a bit. For example I went out with my girl for an Italian tonight and tomorrow I may have a chinese.
I stick to this through the week and have either one or both weekend days off depending on how I feel.

Incorrect dude. Look at the label of any supp and it uses grams. Most diets also lists food in grams.
