i could use some advise on how to get my life back.
my wife is with her sister now and i still go to the clubs.
i dont have much left in my savings bank and it was supposed to be used for her surgery.

- Not much information here guy. But, if I am reading your post correctly you blew your wife's surgery money on yourself. What kind of help do you think you have coming at this point? Don't expect anyone to bail you out. You got her into this mess, now man up and figure out how to fix this. Quit the clubs and get an additional job if need be. Own your fuck-up and resolve yourself to do whatever it takes to make it right within the limits of the law. Quit worrying about your life and start worrying about living up to your responsibilities as a husband. If you are lucky, she'll forgive you. Grow up fellow.

my wife moved out to live with her sister for awhile and it gets lonely i miss having the company of a woman so i go to the club but its so expensive especially since i dont really make alot of money

I am not sure how going to a strip club would make you feel any less lonely. In fact, I would think it would make you all the lonelier. These women aren't dating you. If you don’t hit them up with some cash, they won't even dance for you, much less make conversation.
If you are simply looking for a little visual stimulation, buy a couple of girly magazines or rent or buy some porn videos. This should provide some distraction and perhaps a little sexual stimulation too.
Make some guy friends to hang with sometimes. A couple of beers and a football game or even a low stakes game of poker is bound to be cheaper then hitting the strip clubs.
Call your (estranged?) wife and see if you can take her to the movies, dinner or just go for a drive with her and talk. If you miss her so much that you are truly lonely for her company and you tell her so, she’ll appreciate that, unless she has a heart of stone.

I get that a photo or a video isn't the same as a real live person. And when you talk to them, you probably delude yourself into thinking they care about you in some way. Of course they really don't. What they care about is you spending some of your cash on them. That's how they make their living.
Any physical release you get obviously comes later after your home. You probably work up a fantasy in your head that helps you to get that release. That fantasy is no more real than the videos or magazines are. Your still using your imagination.
Ever though about joining a sex addiction group? Bet you are not the only lonely fella around who turns to strangers who don't give a shit about them for comfort.
