Damn man when was the last time you ate? Was she hot or maybe a little chubby she may of stold a few check your bill.

I ate 15-20 mcnuggets, large fry, twix and 2 sodas a few days ago... i had a bellyache and indigestion all night.

STFU that is a typical mid afternoon snack for most getbiggers as we fly on our private jets.

No she wasn't hot, had bad English and was kinda annoying!! Plus our order was late and they mixed it up but gave us a discount on the bill to make it up which was nice!
This was what I ate yesterday:
Meal 1
4 whole eggs
1 bowl Cinammon Toast Crunch with Skimmed milk
Meal 2
50g whey protein with skimmed milk
Meal 3
2 chicken breast
1 bag of rice (80 g carbs)
Meal 4
50g whey protein with skimmed milk
Pre Work out: 1 scoop Herculean Xtreme (NO product)
meal 5 (post work out)
50g whey protein
45g dextrose
5g creatine
Meal 6
60 california rolls
1/4 of a Carvelle Ice Cream Cake (left over from my birthday on Monday)
Meal 7
50g whey protein with skimmed milk
