No she wasn't hot, had bad English and was kinda annoying!! Plus our order was late and they mixed it up but gave us a discount on the bill to make it up which was nice!

Pre Work out: 1 scoop Herculean Xtreme (NO product)
meal 5 (post work out)
50g whey protein
45g dextrose
5g creatine
Meal 6
60 california rolls
1/4 of a Carvelle Ice Cream Cake (left over from my birthday on Monday)
Meal 7
50g whey protein with skimmed milk
