For breakfast I had 2 pieces of peanutbutter on white toast (wholemeal bread is for hippies and fags)
Lunch was 2 microwaveable quarter pounders and a bottle of chocolate milk.
Currently working my way through a large bag of frazzles (corn based snacks that resemble bacon rashers)

I would have made a Bialetti Cappucino but I did not feel like it.
Later on I will Deep Fry some French Fries in some Bacon Fat (I really need to get a Duck and render its fat since they are on sale) and Griddle a Smash Burger with a Ground Chuck and Short Rib blend that I grind, which replicates In N Out but with Steak and Shake`s technique but is MUCH MUCH better due to the salt crust and massive Caramelization I am able to achieve with meat to griddle contact. Also, add Animal Sauce and Cheese.

About 15 snow peas straight off the plants and the second cherry tomato of the season.
Turkey and Jarlsberg sammich with dijon. Glass of milk. 20 peanut M&Ms.
Salmon steak with dill hollandaise (homemade with dill from the garden) and boiled broccoli. Glass of pinot.

Butterfat is my weakness (and peanut M&Ms). That manufacturer does a triple cream brie which is outrageous (as well as a double and a mild blue brie) and their Roaring Fourties Blue will blow your hair right back. They don't do anything 'low fat.' ;D
There's a cheese shop at the Fremantle Markets on the weekends which carries some great goat cheeses but her prices are fucking criminal, so I'm only there a couple times a year.

After Burgers and Fries I am going to Fry some Chicken probably on Tuesday. In between I will make a few cakes or pies.

I tested two different types of Semolina Flour on them and am doing a taste comparison today. Jezebelle said last night that she wanted to make a Lemon Tart or some Lemon Bars, so we may have to get to that as well.

Well the traditional State sandwich of Massachusettes is made with Marsmallow Fluff, Peanut Butter (NEVER use the Oil nasty natural kind, get the real stuff that you had as a kid) on untoasted, thick white bread.
I have been having one everyday in order to improve it and frankly, they are HIGHLY addictive. I have made them A Lot of different ways the past 2 weeks in an effort to get it Perfect.
Today I tried Nutella, Marshmallow Fluff and crushed some Pistachio`s on it. Fried the bread in 2 tablespoons of butter and dusted it with Confectioners sugar. It was REALLY good, but so far my French Toast FlufferNutter has been my favorite.
Anyways, check these links out and try the traditional one first. You can`t help but love it! Plus, its ZERO cholesterol, VERY healthy for you and wonderful on the environment.
You are looking at around 500-550 calories per sandwich. Use 32 grams of Peanut Butter and 24 grams of Marshmallow Fluff for an ideal ratio. And spread each side seperately.
Also, ONLY use Marshmallow Fluff Brand from Lynn, Massachusettes. You should be able to find it pretty easily.

Has to be Short Ribs (any style Flanken cut or English cut) or Ground Chuck (since I am addicted to Hamburgers and grinding meat blends) at the moment.
I absolutely love lamb but have to be careful when cooking it. My dogs go fucking nuts. Once the Maillard Reaction kicks in, lamb that is cooking releases the same smelling molecules as a Wet Animal or a Wet Dog has which makes them go bonkers.
For Poultry its Chicken Thighs and any part of Duck
For Speciality I like Ostrich and Wild Boar.

I like roasting 3 or 4 chickens whole on the weekend, then picking them apart once they've cooled a bit. Bag it in sandwich sized ziplocks, freeze it, and it's always at the ready.
Dog gets the less attractive bits mixed with some biscuts and I save the carcasses for stock.

Woke up today took 10iu slin then had my usual morning meal/shake which consists of:
16 liquid egg whites, 1 cup oats, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter all in blender and drank... got this recipe from one of gh15's old posts
just now had 2 homemade burgers... each burger was 4oz. lean ground beef, ketchup, mayo, slice of cheese, on a bun.. drank 2 glasses regular coke with that
next meal will probably be same as meal 1 then go train... after workout ill take more slin and drink whey/carb powder
family dinner tonight and i think its gonna be chinese buffet... usually just stick to chicken balls, orange chicken, general tso chicken, fried wontons, probably rice
and i usually do whey for my last meal... i have a hard time to sleep if my stomach is full
