For biceps I did
warm up
5 sets 12 reps Olympic bar curls 135
4 set dumbell curls up to 75's
4 sets camber bar preacher curls close grip 45's each side
4 sets hammer curls up to 85
4 sets cross body hammer curls up to 60's
triceps
5 sets press downs
5 sets slight decline skull crushers up to 225
4 sets seated tricep extensions Amber bar up to 185
4 sets rope pressdowns
4 sets one arm pressdowns
Amazing pump one of the best arm workouts I've had this yr

Mes y know i appreciate your physique and work you put into it..i know you are a volume type of trainer but this looks "too much" for arms...
I have to try such volume for arms though...looks challenging.

1 set to failure and beyond. The set should be 5 minutes of agonising toturous HELL
Then get the hell outta there.
I'm never in the gym more than 20 minutes.

205 is still a good skullcrusher weight.
I get up to 165 and that's it!

that's alot for a small muscle group like arms.

Works for my arms
keep in mind I train my arms for the most part with moderate weight
never go lower than six reps

what is HIT is that the tecniques Dorian used? What does it entail

Quite strict .. It's hard to cheat with skulls... Straight after I pumped out close grips presses with the same weight.... Deep burn in the tris

but ive hurt my bis before going too heave for reps under 6

thing is you can always improve your upper bodwith calves your either have the genetics or not...
Black guys struggle in the calf department
