4 set dumbell curls up to 75's
4 sets camber bar preacher curls close grip 45's each side
4 sets hammer curls up to 85
4 sets cross body hammer curls up to 60's
triceps
5 sets press downs
5 sets slight decline skull crushers up to 225
4 sets seated tricep extensions Amber bar up to 185
4 sets rope pressdowns
4 sets one arm pressdowns
