ROFL! @ both pictures.

I have decided I want to put on some size again.  But I just want to make one note about being thin which is that TA is right that being thinner is healthier.  Especially for TA who is light and also very ripped and not holding much body fat.  It wouldn't surprise me if TA's resting heart rate was below 60.  Even though there are definitely social benefits to being more muscular, the fact is it is quite healthy to be thin or even skinny.

At 165, my heart rate and blood pressure is the best it has been in a while and the last time it was this good was when I was 165!  It leads me to believe that simply by gaining mass I have to accept the fact that I won't be quite as healthy.  Is that worth the social benefits and other benefits of being a bit bigger?  I would say yes.  And I think it is hardly unhealthy to be 180-190 at my height.  Jay Cutler is around my height and bulks up to over 300.  But again, TA is right about the health benefits of being thinner.  It's simply a fact.

I am actually in the process of "gaining" if you will.  I am about 160 right now and have decided to up my calories to 2500-3000 each day instead of my cutting caloric intake of around 2000-2500.  The gain will be slow of course and my strength will shoot up a bit and hopefully I will put just a tiny amount of muscle on.  Once I reach about 165 I will drop the calories back to my cutting amount until I get down to 160 again to where I will evaluate my bodyfat and overall look to see if I did gain anything.  I will do this again and again until its time to get super ripped which will be about March.  Each "cycle" should take around 2-4 months (the amount of time I predict to where I will weigh 5 lbs more than I do)

I think I will go 2 or 3 rounds of this, most likely 2, and by then it will be time to get lean again.  I know I can safely ingest around 2800 and maintain weight pretty well so I may be eating towards the 2800-3000 end.

Last year I got back up to 185 lbs and I did not like it, although I was deadlifting 500 and Benching in the 300s and Ass to floor squatting around 350 every now and then.

Anyways, we shall see what happens.

Since my "gaining" is relatively close to my cutting/maintaining, I just hit full throttle.  I was eating 2200 for a few months and last week decided to bump it up to 2500-3000.  Most days since last week have been around 2500-2700.  I don`t think I hit 3000 yet, but I may tonight since I already had 2 pieces of Oreo Cheesecake that I made last night: 1000 calories right there and then I had the rest of my 5 Spice Hoisin Sauce Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Sesame Stir-Fry Broccoli and Sticky Rice: 675 calories there and a FlufferNutter Sandwich: 540 calories there.  I have Deep Dish Pan Pizza dough fermenting and ready to bake tonight with mozzarella and Pepperoni after the gym and I will probably have nearly 700 calories there.  So there you have it.

I won`t be going over 3000 calories a day though on average.

I know I may have asked this but i have forgotten but what is your maintainance range for your normal dimensions.  Just wanted to compare notes since we are of similar build, weight and height

Well I diet on around 2200 calories so my cutting range would be 2000-2500.  I can basically eat around 2800 or up to that amount and not gain really much weight at all. (VERY SLOWLY if at all).  At around 2500-3000 will be my "gaining" as I won`t be undereating or really overeating by that much at all, just a perfect amount.  This is all without cardio and around 3-4 days a week of lifting at 45 minutes or so each time.

This is a bit different than usual, but not much at all.  Just a few things different.

even at 155 you need a good amount of calories even on a rest day. Nothing excessive but you should be floating around 2000-2500 calories.

Then again everyone is different

Pizza is one of the most healthiest things you can possibly eat.  It prevents cancer you know.  (I`ll post the study up on this thread when I get back)

The FlufferNutter is also VERY good for you and is also incredibly environmental Friendly.

Whats wrong with a Chinese Pork Tenderloin, Stir Fry and Sticky Rice?

The Oreo Cheesecake is not junk!  It tastes wonderful and made with the best Heavy Cream, White Chocolate and Egg Yolks I can crack.  I also used a whole package of Oreos in it and 2 LBS of Cream Cheese and a Stick of Butter.  :)

I am a Cake,Pie and Sweets hound and ALWAYS have to have a caked Baked so I can eat it for Breakfast.

My Macros are not bad at all and would be willing to calculate them to show you.  (I don`t normally keep track of them whatsoever, but I Know they are fine by default based on tracking a few times in the past just for shits and giggles)

Placing your hand on someone instantly lowers their guard and you become the dominate force in the conversation.  Also, it shows friendship and comfort and defenses (if any are present) are eliminated.

No it doesn't, when people, especially strangers put their hands on me, it makes me more defensive and creeps me the fuck out. Branch looked really creeped out and almost like he was going to call security.

I guess Adonis is the epitome of wannabe bodybuilders. They presume it is easy to get big so bulk up. When they trim down they lose so much size you wonder if they really are bodybuilders. You would think with all his research he would be much larger by now. Of course he can always blame steroids for his lack of size. Being natural and all.

Makes me wonder what guys like Adonis and Matt C really know. Not much, I guess.

Hey Fatso, you have NEVER come close to my conditioning even with all of your steroids and your hare-brained training "methods".

In fact, you looked like a fat pile of shit the majority of your life and you still retain that type of physique.

Furthermore, you NEVER had the amount of muscle that I or Matt C have as a Natural.

APenis is a hard guy to figure out.  he talks a great game in alot of subjects but you can tell alot of his statements are internet and wikipedia based.  He doesn't have any formal training or education to speak of and he tries a little to hard to try and convince us he is educated, sophisticated and cultured.  People who really are that way generally don't try that hard to convince others they are.  Maybe a little here and there but he literally does it in every post.  He also mistakes being to skinny with being very healthy.  he is alot like Goodrum.  Maybe it is the water in North Carolina where they live.

There are tons of studies on the positive health aspects of Regular to Highly Frequent Pizza eaters.  I can post tons of them if anyone is interested.  Here is just one article on the matter:

The life-saving qualities of pizza

Monday 16 August 2010 16.30 BST Article history

A series of Italian research studies suggest that eating pizza might do good things for a person's health.

These benefits show up, statistically speaking and seasoned with caveats, among people who eat pizza as pizza. The delightful statistico-medico-pizza effects do not happen so much, the researchers emphasise, for individuals who eat the pizza ingredients individually.

Back in 2001, Dario Giugliano, Francesco Nappo and Ludovico Coppola, at Second University Naples, published a study in the journal Circulation called Pizza and Vegetables Don't Stick to the Endothelium. The thrust of their finding was that, unlike many other typical Italian meals, pizza does not necessarily cause clogged blood vessels (atherosclerosis) and death.

Silvano Gallus of the Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche, in Milan, has cooked up several studies about the health effects of ingesting pizza.

In 2003, together with colleagues from Naples, Rome and elsewhere, Gallus published a report called Does Pizza Protect Against Cancer?, in the International Journal of Cancer. It compares several thousand people who were treated for cancer of the oral cavity, pharynx, oesophagus, larynx, colon, or rectum with patients who were treated for other, non-cancer ailments. Several hospitals gathered data about what the patients said they habitually ate. The study ends up speaking, in a vague, general way of an "apparently favourable effect of pizza on cancer risk in Italy".

A year later, in a monograph in the European Journal of Cancer Prevention, Gallus and two colleagues wrote that: "Regular consumption of pizza, one of the most typical Italian foods, showed a reduced risk of digestive tract cancers."

Also in 2004, another team anchored by Gallus published a monograph called Pizza and Risk of Acute Myocardial Infarction, in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition. As you would expect from the title, its purpose was "to evaluate the potential role of pizza consumption on the risk of acute myocardial infarction". Gallus and his team "suggest that pizza consumption is a favourable indicator" for preventing, or at least not causing, heart attacks.

Gallus is in no way claiming that pizza prevents all ills. A Gallus-led study called Pizza Consumption and the Risk of Breast, Ovarian and Prostate Cancer appeared in 2006 in the European Journal of Cancer Prevention. These types of cancer are thought to arise differently than the kinds believed to be warded off by pizza. The study puts its message bluntly: "Our results do not show a relevant role of pizza on the risk of sex hormone-related cancers."

The Gallus studies all hedge their bets a bit. Each says, in one way or another (and here I'm paraphrasing them): "Pizza may in fact merely represent a general indicator of the so-called Mediterranean diet, which has been shown to have potential health benefits."

All of this pertains to Italian-made pizza, metabolised in Italy. No matter how accurate the scientists' interpretations turn out to be, there's no guarantee that they hold true for foreign pizza, or for any pizza eaten anywhere by foreigners.

Anyways, we shall see what happens.

This is excellent, TA.  Honestly, after reading your posts I now realize a lot of these things you've been talking about are the way to go.  This type of strategy you outlined here is great if you want to have both bodybuilding and health.  Even when I am "bulked" my heart rate rises to the mid 70s.  It makes me really curious what Jay Cutler's heart rate is at over 300 pounds.  If you're in it for the long term, the health considerations you talk about simply have to be taken into consideration.  Yes, I want to be strong and muscular, but not to the detriment of my health - or fertility for that matter.

All of this pertains to Italian-made pizza, metabolised in Italy. No matter how accurate the scientists' interpretations turn out to be, there's no guarantee that they hold true for foreign pizza, or for any pizza eaten anywhere by foreigners.

Pizza made in Italy is not the same as the greasy garbage served in NA.

I make my own EXACTLY the way they do with 00 flour and all.  Neopolitan is about as simple as it gets.  I even have a technique for cooking nearly at 800-900 degrees as they do.

I think TA was mistakingly born a male. His daily activities consist of cooking, cleaning, living off (dead) mommy and daddies money, obsession with designer clothing. All the way female. The described activities are what many females do their entire life. He is basically a stay at home bitch. As well, his physique is obviously estrogen filled.

You cannot make it exactly like they do in Europe.  The water has a major part in how a dough reacts and tastes.  And believe me when I say thewre is something seriously wrong with the water where you and Goodrum are from.  So sorry but your pizza is NOT exactly like anywhere else.  That is a fact

I wish I did not have that ring to be honest.  Here is why: For some reason I decided to sell my 1959 Cadillac Coupe De Ville to one of my best friends and he traded his Diamond ring with cash for it.  We kind of agreed that he would NEVER sell the car as I would come over there and take it all the time.  And I would never sell his Diamond Ring (the first big purchase he ever made when he started making a lot of money with his business)

We shared cars a lot as he would always have a Porsche, Viper or Ferrari or whatever.  He would buy cars, keep them for about 4 months and get rid of them for something else.  He would make money doing this as it was a quick turnaround and he would only put around 500-1000 miles on these cars so there would not be any sign of depreciation or him losing money.  Well he ended up selling my Cadillac and bought a 1969 Dodge Charger and one of those GT Maseratis.   >:(

Oh well.  I still have the ring though and I doubt I will ever sell it.

To kick up the heat, you can try what I call the Skillet-Broiler method which works very well.  It should cook in about 2 minutes.

Also, if you have a Weber Grill, there is a special insert that goes on it that helps generate a lot of heat with no damage to your grill.  I think its only about 40-60 dollars.  Also, there is a guy who will build you a "FrankenWeber" which will reach 1000.  He asks YOU what you will pay for it.  I hear they are around 100-300 dollars or so.

Skillet-Broiler method in my opinion saves all that hassle and is easy once you get it down.

Chris Aceto has Troy Alves bulking on 3200 calories a day

and he is a fucking ifbb pro, at 215 lbs shredded

no need for anybody to eat more than that

That sounds about right for 5 carat studs.  They would definitely be interested.  Also, have you tried Bonham`s (I recommend :) )Sotheby`s or Christies?  You would have that thing sold relatively fast that way.  I am not sure how much the fees are, but I think they run in their shows until it sells at your reserve.

the problem is my uncle is not a motivated.  he does not need to sell anything.  he is doing it because he is older and doesn't want to die and have to have everyone worry about selling shit.  i have had several buyers for him but they offer shit.  if anything he would rather just die with them and "will" them to us.  he has about 100 loose diamonds (or at least he had them)

arms are at least a solid 15", and forearms are stretchin the tape at 10".

matt c's picture is posted below for comparison.  i think matt is winning.  at least on forearms if nothing else.

Bigger bodybuilders might laugh at these guys, but they have one quality most bodybuilders don't have. They are strong as fuck.

When a guy like Nasser El Sonbaty benches 225 for 15 ( it was done slowly so maybe he gets 25 reps fast) and weighs 300 lbs juiced to the gills you can really appreciate Adonis and Matt C getting a simular amount of reps at literally half the size. They are doing something right.
