I don't get how Adonis, wavelength, and fatass can look at that eating for muscle building/muscle retention. If they lose weight on it fine, but it must absolutely strip muscle away. I mean Adonis and Wave are lean, yeah, but they are also ultra skinny, and fatman, well, he's another story altogether. I want to, and am losing weight, but at the same time want to get back the muscle I had and retain as much as possible. So in turn I take in 300 grams of protein a day, as protein repairs/builds the muscle. I don't in any way shape or form understand how the following eating builds or retains muscle:
meal 1 - milk and protein powder = 274cals, 33p, 14c, 9f
snack - 2x coffee = 94cals, 6p, 10c, 3f
meal 2 - spicy bolognese linguine = 483cals, 42p, 52c, 13f
cardio - 30mins @ 40% VO2 max/ 115-120 bpms..
snack - strawberry cheesecake haagen dazs ice cream = 666cals, 10p, 71c, 39f
meal 3 - spicy bolognese linguine = 483cals, 42p, 52c, 13f
daily totals = 2000cals, 131p, 199c, 76f
I simply don't get how someone can go hard in the gym eating like this looking to build/retain muscle while dropping weight
-
Well, as you've already been in great shape, why don't you do the exact same thing you did back in the days? ???
-
I think there is a middleground. I am kind of dieting right now and I 'kind of' eat what I want but I make sure it is pretty healthy. So, for example today I had a small BLT with chicken sandwich but it was really packed with tomatoes and onions in addition to the mayo and bread. But I think as I drop more and more I will become stricter.

well here's the "gun at your head" theory.
If someone told you you could only eat .8 grams of protein (tracked by "science") per day, 2,500 calories total combined with other food, and you had to gain 15 pounds of muscle in one month OR YOU WOULD DIE BY CHAINSAW DECAPITATION.
I think most people would come pretty close to 15 pounds :D
-

Because he more then likely doesn't have the discipline to anymore or he was never in great shape. We have only seen clothed pics of him in his youth. This is the exact diet protocol i recommend for people who don't want to be bodybuilders but still want abs and aren't hormonized.
-
oh...any fatloss would be allowed
-
Maybe some people absorb and utilise protein better than others. Just a thought
I know of a few people who eat less protein than many others and yet look far better than people who eat a strict BB diet.
e.g if person one eat 30g of protein 6x day and absorts 15g of it a sitting and:
person 2 eats 40g of protein 6x day but only absorbs 10g of it then person A in theory will be bigger.

Actually Goudy, don't you just eat whatever you want and just keep on getting more and more massive?
-
You don't need 300 grams that's for sure. I build and maintain on 100-150 and I'm 220. In fact when I used to try and eat 'clean', with 200 plus grams I used to really struggle to put on size as my calories and nutritional variation was limited(that with my overtraining). In fact one year I didn't gain a single pound eating like that. I think balance is key, protein cannot do it's job alone

Yeah, I mean, I have gone through phases where I have made the best strength gains not eating 2g per kg. It's weird.
-
I do make sure I eat enough protein a day. At least 150-200g and try to keep my calories quite high. I have a theory that some people are better at absorbing protein more efficiently.
Synthetic testosterone makes people absorb protein better? So surely that means that people with higher natural test levels will be able to absorb more protein than others. However the gains people make naturally pale in absolute significance to those who take steroids etc
-
Yeah, I mean, I have gone through phases where I have made the best strength gains not eating 2g per kg. It's weird.
Strength gains can be made in my experience on a poorer diet. Strength is generally tendon strength as well as more efficient firing of the CNS and muscle fibre recruitment. Size needs protein. However no way in hell am I ever eating 2g per lb of my b/w

I'm not sure because I am quite delicately jointed with tiny wrists and knees, yet my training partner is incredibly thick jointed and our strength levels are essentially the same. However, that might be my competitive nature helping me adapt :D
-
take two twins, train them the same, while feeding one 2000 calories of steak/potatoes/vegetables, and feed the other 2000 calories of ketchup packets and pixie sticks, and see which one makes better gains.
so much for 'a calorie is a calorie' ::)
-
How small is tiny wristed etc?
My wrists are 7"
What weight are you both and what height?
-
Not this shit again. I think we've figured out TA, wavelength and fatpanda are pretty much delusional although wavelength is the most reasonable out of the three. Neither have said how they came up with their calorie calculations let alone macros.

I'm just shy of 6 foot, just measured at 6 3/4 inches 220 lb. He's 5'9" 252 and they've got to be an inch bigger.

Im asking more about the muscle building retaining side rather than the weight loss side

Agreed.
The issue is that #1 you don’t know what these clowns are REALLY doing... and #2 some people can eat like shit and stay lean year round. Genetics play a big role in not only your bone structure, but also your metabolism, thyroid function, how you utilize macronutrients... etc etc
What you need to do is by trail and error- figure out what works for you, what YOU need to do to see the changes you want to see and forget about what these dipshits on getbig tell you... Yes, eating ice cream all day long will get you shredded... ok, great! Thanks!! ::)
-
Case in point, i had this dude come up to me in the gym and ask about cardio and nutrition... etc he then went on to tell me that Dexter Jackson doesnt do cardio, so he doesnt think he has to either LOL... fuggin nuckleheads.

Arguments around the margins are never sufficient and are pointless to use. I have NEVER met anyone who eats Ketchup packets and pixie sticks alone. How many times do I have to repeat this: A Calorie IS Calorie and a Macronutrient is not a Macronutrient.
With that said, if you eat like a normal human being, meeting your nutritional needs (something that usually happens by default) or if you eat with a palate tuned to taste, you can eat whatever your heart desires day in and day out. I still don`t understand why this concept is so foreign to the majority. I guess its lack of education or fear. Who knows? ???
-
just drink 1500 calories of butter a day, you'll be ripped and huge.
-

He doesn`t have to do cardio, but it has got zero to do with whether Dexter Jackson does it or not.
What I find ironic is that you are calling this guy out for the above statement regarding Cardio, yet I am willing to bet you follow some bullshit Hare-brained diet simply because "Insert Bodybuilder or whomever" eats in this manner.
;)
-

Why would you do that? I haven`t came across anyone who would do that nor have I ever heard of anyone trying. Are you really this stupid?
I eat a ton of butter though, thats because I bake everyday.
-

Your definition of a "ton of butter" is probably different than mine. I'm guessing your portions are probably smaller than someone like myself is used to.

TA talks pooh.
He leaned out over a period of 3 years doing his diet plan.

no, actually i am quite intelligent. i just trusted your theory, and if a calorie is a calorie, then why not consume what you need in the simplest, most dense form? bodybuilders typically eat for function, not really enjoying what they consume. so why not save all that food prep time and food costs if it doesn't matter?
-
I just ate 1300 cals in the last 30 minsutes consiting of Twix's and 'Millions' sweets.
Not bad at all.
I probably had around 1400 just now in General Tso`s Chicken that I fried up, along with some Chinese Style Sticky Rice and Sesame Stir Fried Broccoli.
I am going to bake a cake a bit later tonight and have narrowed it to Upside down Doughnut Cake or Apple Pumpkin Streusel Cake.
-

If you can work in your love of butter with meeting your Nutritional needs, then have at it.
I just don`t think its palatable unless you are going to bake with it or make a Buttercream Frosting with it. Perhaps a Pound Cake, Shortbread, Any Buttercream frosting cake, Fruit Double Pie Crust Pie etc... Something along those lines.
And I am HIGHLY suspect of your intellect.

No. I have stayed lean since that Mr. Getbig and if you remember, it did not take me long at all to drop all of the fat. Besides, before the Mr. Getbig I dropped the fat twice before from the same point if you will recall I purposely used to overeat to around 230-240 lbs in order to powerlift and best my 600 lb deadlift, which never happened. I am glad I got that out of my system. I have tried typical "bodybuilding" diet methods in the past, years ago. I have journals online you can read where I do not deviate from it at all, and my strength and bodyweight were ALWAYS MUCH LOWER with the crappy Bodybuilding diet, than when dieting MY WAY. Do you want to read my old diet journals. There are some on MuscleMayhem.
Losing fat and retaining a ripped physique is the easiest thing anyone can do.
-
You dieted from a big and bloated 234-240. To a lean albeit soft physique on the Mr GB - since then you have stayed the same weight whilst getting a few % leaner.
-

The cardiovascular benefits of aerobic training have been fully challenged and proven... You are a fucking retard, you look like crap because you eat like crap… and NO i do not eat like a pro bodybuilder on massive amounts of steroids, kid.

I bet your Getbig account that I look better than you on any given day. Care to take me up on a challenge?

Correct. When I dieted the "Bodybuilding diet" way years ago, down to the same level of leanness in the past, My lifts were way less, and my bodyweight was about 15 lbs less than doing it My way.
It was horrible.

yah, you're probably right

Your definition of a "ton of butter" is probably different than mine. I'm guessing your portions are probably smaller than someone like myself is used to.
That depends as there is no such thing as a set serving size. Usually my Serving sizes are around 500-900 calories per food item or per "plate". Sometimes a bit more, sometimes less.
For instance, if I bake a traditional rather tall and big 2 Layer cake around say 6000 calories, we get around 8 GIANT slices at 750 calories a piece. Of course you can half that even, ( a size you`d most likely get at a restaurant) if you like.
I usually go for the Big slice, so in that instance my serving size is probably larger than what you are used to. Jezebelle and I usually finish an entire cake in 2 days or so.
-

Yes but look how long it took you to diet down.
-
Yes but look how long it took you to diet down.
Which time?
Usually it was around 4-6 months if I started at 240 lbs or so at an ultra high bodyfat level.
-
What do you think was ultra high?
Could you provide pics also. Also what were you lifts after dieting down and current lifts?
-

I am sure you can put your hands on them much easier than I could.
Simple request.

So you and Jezzie finish a 6000 calorie cake in 2 days? That's 3000 cals each per day just from cake......that's way more than the amount of cals you are posting about eating. Even at 3 days, that 2000 cals each......something doesn't add up. ;)

It works like this:
Say we bake a cake at 9 PM on Monday. Right after baking, we each eat a Slice at about 11 PM (cake has to cool hence the 2 hour wait)
Tuesday Morning at 8 or 9 AM: We each have a slice of Cake for Breakfast- At this point the cake is half gone as there are only 4 pieces left and the cake is not even 1 day old.
Wednesday Morning at 8 or 9 am: Cake for breakfast again.
Thursday Morning Cake for Breakfast again. This is about the MAX time frame a cake will last us. Just slightly above 48 hours or so.
Sometimes I or she will have 2 slices each day or sometimes we will cut different sizes which effectively SHORTENS the timeline above. Of course the opposite can be true as well and we can lengthen the time the cake lasts if we want. Cakes also have totally differing caloric amounts as all cakes are not created equal.
So I hope this helps you in seeing how a Cake lasts us 2 or so days. (Somehow I don`t think it will help as you probably won`t understand. Let me know if additional help is needed)

No it isn`t.
Again.
Cake has 8 slices-
Cake is baked at 9 Pm Monday- 2 pieces are eaten.
Tuesday at 9 am- 2 more pieces are eaten.
------------------------------------------------------------Half of the cake is gone and its under 24 hours hold.
Wednesday 9am- 2 more slices are eaten and the cake is still not 48 hours (2 days old) Only 2 pieces remain and the cake is 36 hours old.
Thursday 9am- Last 2 slices of cake are eaten- Cake is just slightly 2 days old as 60 hours or so have elapsed. (as I said, a cake usually lasts us 2 day or so)
Now that is a Max time frame as I may have 2 slices in a 24 hour period or she may or just one of us may, which effectively decreases the above timeline.
Of course the opposite can be true as well and we can lengthen the time the cake lasts if we want. Cakes also have totally differing caloric amounts as all cakes are not created equal.

Do you still not understand?
Seriously, what can I do to help you. I thought the concept was pretty simple to understand. I guess the whole eating a slice right after baking threw you off. Thats what we always do. Why would you want to resist or how could you? Usually I have to bake a cake every 2-3 days as I have stated.

You rationalize by breaking it down into hours, when clearly when you made the post you said days.......Mon-Thurs is 4 days, you justify it by breaking it down into "60 or so hours".....not going to get into some little battle with you over it, twinkonis. :) LOL @ me, I thought the concept of days was easy to understand.
-
(http://blog.lib.umn.edu/bgleason/pt/Backpedal.jpg)
See above time frame please. I think you and chaos are hung up on Semantics. Go by the age of the cake (why wouldn`t you?) , not the turn of the day and you will see that it makes sense.
Another example is lets say your birthday is September 1st and you were born in 1985 and your girlfriend or boyfriend is born October 1st 1986.
On September 5th you will be 25 years old while your girlfriend or boyfriend will still read as being 23 years old despite only being born one year and one month apart (13 months) and not 2 years (24 months) which is how the dates read.
You wouldn`t say you were 2 years older than your girlfriend or boyfriend at this point. (unless you are incredibly fucking stupid)
Same thing with my cake. Do you see how this works?
-

I don`t eat by days, I eat by time, which happen to fall on certain days.
For instance, my calories for the next "day" reset at 8 am. What this means is that from 8 am until 8 am the next day is my time frame to ingest my calories.
For instance, if I am eating 2800 calories:
10 am: I eat 600 calories
3 pm: I eat 1000 calories
9 pm: I eat 400 calories
2 am: (the next day as it reads but obviously not 24 hours of time passage) I eat 800 calories
I have reached my 2800 caloric limit
I cannot eat anymore until at least 8 am
........................ ........................ ........................ ....
Do you see how this works yet?
-
Monday-Thursday is 4 days. Sorry.
You fucked up and are not trying to backpeddle especially with your stupid 'hour explanation' You said you eat it in 2 days. Thats means over 2 days not 48hrs numbnuts.

Seriously, you people really are not bright at all. Even AFTER I laid the whole thing out.
I even gave you an age analogy. Did you not understand that one either. Please Scroll up and re-read until you understand. I don`t know what else I can do. ???

Do you see how this works yet? This is a way to ensure 2800 calories in a 24 hour period with no deviation. A lot of people overeat and do not realize because they think like YOU do, in "days" rather than actual time elapsed.

You are backpeddling so fast you are going to end up in the 1980's
-
may I suggest 3 main meals with around 40-50g of protein with small amount of carbs and some fats, maybe 30g or more. in between have some protein or whatever you think your body need at the moment.
Slow digested starchy carbs are best like if you have rice or potato, only have a little, and you need lentils with it, for example, to make it slower. And around 100g fat per day, add olive oil and flax oil to your meals.
if you get enough fat you wont need as much calories from other bulky sources and you will be much more satisfied after each meal, and for a longer time.
-
You are backpeddling so fast you are going to end up in the 1980's
How? I just told you my exact eating plan/habits. Do you still not understand the concept of elapsed time in relation to whatever the day reads?
There are only 24 hours in a day you know. Or did you not know? ???
-
You are backpeddling so fast you are going to end up in the 1980's
Christ you're dumb.
6000cal cake/2 days/2 people is 1500 cal/day/person, not 3,000 as originally claimed.

may I suggest 3 main meals with around 40-50g of protein with small amount of carbs and some fats, maybe 30g or more. in between have some protein or whatever you think your body need at the moment.
Boring in my opinion. I eat for taste and meet my nutritional needs by default as does most everyone. Its really not that complicated.
-
Christ you're dumb.
6000cal cake/2 days/2 people is 1500 cal/day/person, not 3,000 as originally claimed.
And who the hell are you?

Exactly. Couple that with the cake`s time frame and you one can easily see how I do it.
You really have to spell it out for these people as you can see they HAVE to be spoon fed. Even then, they still don`t understand.
-
And who the hell are you?
That's Adonis' ball carrier.
LOL @ the rationalization process of some people, but it's expected when the same people think "a calorie is a calorie". :D
-
You said days. Not hours.
Just because I say i do something does not make it true.
Fact is chaos pointed out how he commented he might eat half a cake in a day. Thats up to 3000cals in a day (when you get up until you go to bed generally not some wishy washy nonsense that 24hrs and 2 seconds spands 3 days nonsense).
Absolute nonsense.

Its got zero to do with rationalization. Its how I eat, its how time works and its how we as a collective species, we document and label time.
Please scroll up and read the examples I gave. I think I have provided enough information for you to understand. Once you get it, I think it will be an epiphany.
-

I hear what you are saying, but eating for taste can require more discipline if you are insulin resistant or carb sensitive, I'm just saying a more even level of energy could help.
Granted if you master eating for taste you will probably feel more satisfied and it could also help you get your calorei intake right.
Best thing is for each person to experiment I think.
-
Do you still not understand?
Seriously, what can I do to help you. I thought the concept was pretty simple to understand. I guess the whole eating a slice right after baking threw you off. Thats what we always do. Why would you want to resist or how could you? Usually I have to bake a cake every 2-3 days as I have stated.
Chaos isn't good with numbers. Adonis, what are your thoughts on sugar free energy drinks. I know you like the pepsi drinks. Have you ever tried Red Bull? I have recently become a fan of them.

In this thread it appears Adonis has questioned Hazbin's nutrition knowledge and overall intellect
hmmmmmm
(http://i48.tinypic.com/osfibt.jpg)
and I know for a fact his bank account has at least this many zeros 000000.00
hmmmmmmm ya he really has no idea I guess about anything ::) ::) ::)

You said days.....Monday is a day, Tuesday is a day, Wednesday is a day and Thursday is a day......that's four days fuckface........now you rationalize it by saying you eat by hours not days, like your original post said.
BTW Hazbin pwns you, in every aspect of life. :D

Again. A cake lasts me and Jezebelle around 2 days or so (about 60 hours or less).
Please see my example and maybe you will understand.
Also, please see my example of the aging boyfriend and girlfriend. Perhaps that is a bit more clear for you.
Let me give you a problem. Say you are a Professional Baker and you are baking a meringue and it can only last 3 days in the fridge. You bake the cake on a Monday at 9 PM.
Do you A: throw it out after 72 hours?
or
Do you B: throw it out as soon as you wake up on Wednesday?
Please answer.

LOL If you ever come to California, let me know I'd really like to see if you're like this in real life. ;D

Say you are are working 3 days this week. Your shifts are 8am-5pm each day. Are you working
A 27hrs (including time taken for breaks)
or
B 72 hours in the coming 7 days.

the fukin funniest part out of all this is knowing full well Ursus and Chaos fully understand the concept yet string Adonis along for the ride
thats priceless

how do you time your workouts around these foods? I have noticed for example chocolate cake gives me wicked energy about 30-60min later at which time it is perfect to do an intensive push pull super sets workout.
I don't worry about having emediate post workout meal or shake anymore and I feel it has only been a benefit.

Damn you guys, all this talk of cake has tempted my ass to the supermarket for a sponge cake >:(

I don`t. I just eat whenever, and workout whenever no real set times. The only time I adhere to is the "reseting" of my calories at 8 am.

Who knows? ???
It must be lack of education. Cause Dr. Connelly or any other scientist or doctor doesn't come close to your one year in community college. And can you tell us do you actually go to the gym at 150 pounds.
-
Damn you guys, all this talk of cake has tempted my ass to the supermarket for a sponge cake >:(
I said "fug it" and had my cheat day one day (24 hours!) early. Except cake was a pizza, icing was ice cream, and the middle was chocolate filled cookies. These threads are always so amusing and remind me why I often don't post on GetBig in regards to actual training/dieting.

Come on man, don`t do that. Just bake one. I can help you. Supermarket cake is atrocious.

Ahhhh, then off to the Supermarket you go! Although you could always do a Chocolate Muffin or a Sweet Muffin of some sort as you won`t need any "heavy equipment" other than a whisk and something to gently stir with and two bowls. ;)

I`ve never really tried any sugar free energy drinks. I bet they are good, but don`t they only come in small cans and you only get like 6 for an exorbitant price? I drink nearly a 12 pack of Pepsi Max a day sometimes and would run out fast with the Red Bull, unless they have a new product. What type of products do they have out these days in the Sugar Free energy drink market?

Energy drinks are interesting. Red bull has a robitussin taste to it. It isn't something that is meant to be gulped down fast like a diet coke. It is more like coffee. You want to sip on it. The flavors are awful but they are so bad you almost want to keep drinking them. I find them slightly addicting although recently i have become a bit burned out on them. Im getting tired of monster and im going back to redbulls next week which i believe ill burn out on soon as well.

I simply don't get how someone can go hard in the gym eating like this looking to build/retain muscle while dropping weight
i think you answered your own question here.
you can't.
-
Probably the same thing that's going around inside that pumpkinhead of yours! :D
the hamster is movin that wheel inside my melon today
-
i think you answered your own question here.
you can't.
Sure you can... you ever binged after a contest after 20 weeks of dieting. Do you know how sensitive your body is to calories at that point. Have you ever actually tried to control it? Most people lose discipline and then just get fat.
-
A train leaves los angeles at 3 pm traveling 250 mph, and another train leaves washington DC at 230 mph... If the first train is carrying 3 carts full of bodybuilders, and the other training is carrying 5 carts of obese people, and the first train stop 3 times for protein shake breaks, and the second train stops 5 times for mcdonalds breaks, each stop is about 12 minutes each, how long does it take to reach Alberta, Canada?
-
, how long does it take to reach Alberta, Canada?
Half as long as it takes you to brush them choppers in your mouth.
-

you're comparing apples to oranges.
one is a bodybuilder with extremely low BF levels who has starved his body of nutrients for the better part of 12 weeks while being on a high protein diet to prevent catabolism.
the other is an obese individual who is trying to lose weight using a diet that is less than optimal with trace amounts of protein in the hopes of building or retaining muscle.
sorry, but your argument makes little sense.
-
Define "go hard in the gym"
One man's hard-on is another man's...
Wait...
-
It's beyond comprehension why anyone would entertain TruAnus for a millisecond let alone an entire thread. I knew I should have skipped this one.

yah, you're probably right
lol....I detect sarcasm ;D

Ok....look, most on here know you're as dumb as a box of rocks........that being said (and I SOOO clearly remember this from when this ridiculous "debate" started 2-3 years ago) you said macros didn't matter as long as calories are low.....now you're back tracking and saying "a macro is not a macro". That being said you advocate stuffing yourself (a little exaggeration) with cake as if it were a potato, yam or brown rice (yes, there is a difference). Fuck TA, if I recall it wasn't too long ago that Mindspin offered to set up a face to face debate with Dr. Connely for a debate and I even offered to set one up with John Berardi and you made excuses to not come even though it would have basically been a paid vacation for you to the West coast to one of the richest and most beautiful cities here. Give it up dude, you're not fooling anyone....exept fatpanda and wavelength.

''Diet has always been as important, if not more important than weight-training for bodybuilders. However, in his book Heavy Duty Nutrition, Mentzer demonstrated that nutrition for athletes did not need to be nearly as extreme as the bodybuilding industry would lead one to believe. His recommended diets were extremely well balanced, and he espoused eating from all four food groups (totaling four servings each of high-quality grains and fruits, and two each of dairy and protein daily), all year-round.[3]
Carbohydrates should make up the bulk of the caloric intake, 50-60%, rather than protein as preferred by others. The reasoning behind this was simple - to build 10 pounds of muscle in a year, a total of 6000 extra Calories needed to be ingested throughout the year, because one pound of muscle contains 600 Calories. That averages 16 extra Calories per day, and only 4 of them needed to be from protein - because muscle is 22% protein, about one quarter. "
Eat like this and add some protein shakes and you will get great results. You are what you eat. Dont go insane on a "chicken and rice" pro bodybuilder diet ::)

Serious question Adonis. Do you think you have an eating disorder? Id say that your constant preoccupation with food, calories, timing etc would clinically qualify you.

Exactly.
The body requires an abundance of trace nutrients from a variety of food sources to retain and build for the long term, with health underpinning your continued improvement . There is nothing especially healthy or sensible about eating fish for 6 meals a day, chicken for two (rotated periodically with beef every other day), whilst cutting out carbohydrates and replacing the vitamins and minerals with synthetic ones, it's just not as beneficial. I'm not saying you can't get shredded, I'm just pointing out the long term aspects of putting the focus solely on protein. It's like throwing a ton of bricks at a group of builders and expecting them to build a house without the additional tools ans supplies.

oh yeah spot on... not only that but for the mind; its way better for you to eat great tasty meals than to eat fucking shit like tuna straight from the can... notice the energy burst you get from a great tasting meal that you dont get from eating a disgusting one, even if foods macros are the same

He never will. He always posts photos from the net of stuff he said he just cooked. He never posts anything he said he actually has cooked. I want to see the inside of his fridge, his pantry and kitchen. He won't post for several hours as he goes and borrows money from Jisumbelle to go buy all unhealthy stuff so he can make it look like he eats shitty yet stay concentration camp skinny.

the only thing we all need to take from this thread is that a "day" is in fact, not 24 hours.
Adonis time formula:
Monday = not a day
3 slices of cake plus 1 serving of butter = one day.

I want to see the inside of his fridge, his pantry and kitchen. He won't post for several hours as he goes and borrows money from Jisumbelle to go buy all unhealthy stuff so he can make it look like he eats shitty yet stay concentration camp skinny.
I was thinking that exacy same thing then I seen your post. good point you made

Protein is required for muscle retention, I think everyone agrees on that. The question is how much.
The reason I'm skinny now has nothing to do with not eating enough protein.
