I often think in dialogue but if I spend awhile in a non English speaking country and I start to think in that language then I seem to just have the one voice in my head. :-\

Schizophrenia is not an alternate personality. An alternate personality is referred to as Dissociate Identity Disorder (previously known as multiple personality disorder). People often confuse the two.

Schizophrenia/Schitzo-effective disorder- which is a milder form of SCHIZOPHRENIA, now even though its " not as severe", as Full blown Schizophrenia, BUT in reality, SCHITZO EFFECTIVE DISORDER is still serious. One of my real good friends has SED. The two main symptoms, he told me he has is he Hallucinates, and hear voices. Years ago, he told me when he wasnt on his medications, he would hallucinate, said he would see little midget people, leprachuans, or something like that............crazy.
As for myself though, i truly wonder sometimes, if i have SCHITZOPHRENIA, jeez..........would just be another mental illness to add to my pile. ;D ;D

The reason for this is because schizophrenics produce hallucinations, but think that what they see is real, coming from outside themselves, not actually produced by them. They experience self-tickling with the same intensity as if it were produced by someone else.

I've met a couple people who had mild schizophrenia and they were way out there with paranoid delusions, hallucinations, crazy as fuck.
It's an intense mental disorder. People don't just walk around with it without knowing it. Well, maybe they don't know it, but everyone around them can see it for sure.

Also, people have said that the schizophrenic mind is very similar to a person who is on a hit or two of acid.
So if you wanna feel schizophrenic, just drop a couple blotters and hang on.
