I curl 225 on easy curl and Ive done 205 on straight bar. I wouldnt say this is my max however this is what i do for max sets currrently

My max might be around 135 with a straight bar and arm is 16.7".
Tricep size has more to do with arm size than bicep.

I don't go higher than 35lb's on the dumbells and got 17 inchers.
heavy curls didn't do anything for me.
I started doing faster reps with lighter weight. massive pump. short workouts. Biceps 3x per week
That's when I started growing.

I barely rest between sets. real fast reps. at least 12 reps per set.
If you don't have good cardio you'll not enjoy these types of workouts.
Biceps are done in about 10 minutes.
You gotta do what works for YOU.
Took me a few years to find out what works for me.
My routine
Mon:Chest, shoulders, Arms
Tue:Legs,Back
Wed:Chest, shoulders, Arms
Thurs:Legs, Back
Fri:Chest, shoulders, Arms
Sat:Legs, Back
Sun:OFF

i have high bicep inserts and they do not grow. my curling strength sucks

I have been up as high as the 110 dumbells but I rarely go past 80 these days for sets

I think I've gone up to 205 for a few reps and have gone up to 90-95 dumbells for alternate curls. I was doing concentration curls with the 80's at one point. My arms were about 20 cold

i dont go heavier than the 115lbs preloaded small bars that are on the rack. this weight seems plenty for me. i prefer dumbell as it puts lets pressure on the wrist. i dont go much more than 40lbs on those. im actually liking the lifefitness preacher curl axhine right now, works pretty well. i always hated training arms. i prefer to train triceps over biceps, any day.

arms are 22.25" cold and 23" pumped,i did arms yesterday and did hammers with 110s for 15 all good clean reps,ex bar curls with 207 for 5 descent reps and 5 loose.a month ago i did straight bar 135 for 30,185 for 14 and 225 for 5.im 6'2 270.

i can do 125 for 6 reps x 3 sets on barbell.
arms 16 1/4" , give or take (mostly take) 1/4".

I can do hammer curls with the 70s and my arms are about 14 inches.
I was only doing the 80s when my arms were 16-1/2 inches.

The most I remember curling was 80lbs. DB's for reps seated with perfect form and 90's for hammer curls with some swinging.
BB curls hurt my wrists, so i never went heavy on those, i don't remember curling more than 155 on a barbell.
My arms were 19" max when I weighed in the 240's.
Today they are about 17" and i curl the 65's pretty easily, but my bodyweight is down to 193.

I can barbell curl 150 and my arms are currently 19in cold. I've also curled 80lb dumbells but I'm not ashamed to admit there was some serious swinging towards the end of the set.

120lb on ezcurl
first set 25 reps
2nd 18 reps
3rd 14 reps
once a week.
i havent measured my arm since i was like 17.

135 on bb, but that was a long time ago.
These days I do 75 for ten or so good reps. Arms 17 1/4".
dbs do nothing for me.
I stopped thinking of it as "how much weight can I curl?" but rather "how much development can I squeeze out of this weight?"
