Hi all,
I'm new on this board so let me introduce myself :
I practise BB for 4 years with 6 months ( oct 2004 ) without training because of injury. I started again in january 2005.

I do cardio 5 times a week 25 -- 30 min
On the end, i have 0 carbs in my diet

seriously though, excellent progress. If you ARE from france, major congrats, as in my experience it is the most hostile and counterproductive environment to training and packing on some good muscle. Keep up the good work.

But how come you say that you have 0 carbs in your dieet? And you're doing cardio 5 times a week? How are you able to keep that amount of mass and do cardio 5 times aweek without eating any carbs?
In my opinion you are bound to burn muscles this way! Care to explain?

You're right ... I hate France but i have no choice. Here when you take protein powder it's like if you were taking AAS. Contrary to USA, BBing here is not considered as a sport.
For my diet i have to translate it in english and i'll post it in a few days.

I tried to translate my diet : The 3 first weeks : ( Low carbs from the beginning ) : ( 16 weeks on the total )
* 7h30 :
- Shake Whey proteins ( 40 G )
- Quaker Oats ( 60 G )
- 2 stews of apple
* 9h45 :
- 10 Eggs ( white )
- 5 G of mustard
- 5 ml of salad oil ( olive )
* 11h45 :
- 40 G of rice
- 180 G of chicken
- 20 G of "wholewheat bread"
* 13h45 :
- 40 G of rice
- 180 G of chicken
- 20 G of "wholewheat bread"
* 16h30 :
- 500 G soft white cheese
- 300 G strawberrys
- 10 G honey
** 17h30 : Training
* 19h00 ( Post-Training ) :
- Shake proteins ( 40 g )
- 20 G honey
* 20h00 :
- 250 G chopped steack ( 5 % )
- 300 Ml of soup
* 22h30 :
- Shake Whey proteins ( 40 G )
Last week :
* 7h30 :
- Shake proteins ( 40 G )
- 10 G honey ( To avoid hypoglycemia )
* 10h30 :
- 250 G Chicken
* 13h30 :
- 250 G Turkey
* 16h30 :
- Shake Whey proteins ( 40 G )
* 19h30 : ( Post-Training )
- 300 G beef 5%
- 100 G vegetables
* 22h30 :
- Shake Whey proteins + Casein
As you can see, on the beginning i eat every 2 hours, on the end every 3 hours gradually. I drop carbs gradually too.

He added at 10 lbs of muscle in a ripped shape!! His arms were way smaller in the rear double biceps from first pic to latest. Whats with the frog stuff? ::)
