knowledge of the curcifiction video tape apparently flourished even BEFORE WikiLeaks existed. earliest discussion on the internate about it I have seen stems from 2004 on the ATS forums.
WikiLeaks "doomsday" file is 1.4GB compressed so it must be something groundbreaking and has above military encryption.

I agree that there is tons on "alien life form" research, but i doubt that there is something extraordinary that is "secret".
You have seen how states and governments function, there is hardly anything that is kept secret, let alone if it would be aliens and something that spans over 50+ years of research.

A lot of stuff HAS to be kept secret. If you knew EVERYTHING that your best friends, family or workmates talk about you when you're not there, you would either kill some people or yourself in no time.
Wikileaks will bring a war with its naive way of making everything public.

A lot of the stuff can be easily dismissed as fakes or obviously edited/photoshopped but when you have an 8 minute video from a countries air force and they're all wondering what the fuck is going on (you can hear the communication between the pilots) it really puts things in perspective There's a ton of legitimate solid video that has been examined by experts including hollywood special effects guys and they all verify these are untouched un-edited clips, but of course they're still dismissed or brushed under the carpet.

There's also nothing more comical then the explanations we're given (mostly) by the U.S military as to what these occurrences are..

Mexican pilot manuals actually have instructions on how to deal with UFO encounters.
We kind of already have enough government and military people discussing UFOs and their experiences with them.
We have the disclosure press conferences. A recent one focused almost entirely on their tampering with nuclear sites, with witnesses who worked at those sites. These men are very thoroughly vetted, they have to be, they were charged with the safe keeping of weapons of mass destruction.
Or some of the great books on UFOs, like Leslie Kean's recent one. Foreward by John Podesta, a long time supporter of UFOlogy, white house chief of staff for Obama and Clinton.
