We kind of already have enough government and military people discussing UFOs and their experiences with them.
We have the disclosure press conferences. A recent one focused almost entirely on their tampering with nuclear sites, with witnesses who worked at those sites. These men are very thoroughly vetted, they have to be, they were charged with the safe keeping of weapons of mass destruction.
