when contest dieting you dont count any green vegges...it takes as many calories to digest them as they have in them..comes out pretty close to equal and will help you go poop when eatin all that protein which can back u up ...

It's not a question if it works or not, the question is... Do veggies contain carbs? And the answer is, yes they do. So when Stark says that he only eats 30 carbs grams a day, it is a bit misleading. It's like saying, "I only eat 50 grams of protein per day, plus a gallon of milk"

oh the starchy ones I eat after I workout in the am. Yes I will eat my whole wheat pasta at 7am, my stomach doesn't have a timer. I'm usually asleep by 9pm because I get up at 415 to train.

I hear ya! But if you really want to achieve dat goal I highly recommend dat you focus on tempo training and interval training. If you are really serious, and most importantly WILLING TO PAY DA PRICE, then you will catch dat dream 8)

I do pretty much the same thing year round-- I eat more than 30 grams of carbs though (Im not competiting and I do a ton of cardio any way) and I only really binge between Saturday night- Sunday night.

Actually it depends on the veggie....Some veggies have a really, really low carb value and in digesting them, you use more energy than the calories in the carb...negative calories...
And yes, the most important times to eat carbs would be in the morning (energy throughout the day...complex carbs) and post training to replenish glycogen storages...other than that you should be good...

I followed a similar diet a few years back. Tuna, chicken, veggies and protein shakes during the week, and ate what the fuck I wanted on the weekend. Lost 30 lbs in 2 months, and kept most of my muscle.

I ate mainly meat and green veggies in the evenings. This diet works that was posted, I dont need the hard evidence and yes I got before and afters Im pretty sure most of you have seen them.

Pretty fucking hungry, lol! And I can eat a lot for my size. I actually made tuna burritos most of the time for lunch with whole weat tortillas with salsa and lettuce. Not great, but pallatable. For dinner it was chicken breasts seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper, sauteed in a little olive oil. Usually had that with some green beans and brown rice. Garlic, salt, and pepper in the green beans as well. Pretty good actually!
On the weekends, I usually cooked a big pot of Mom's spaghetti and meat balls, or linguini and clams. And brownies and ice cream for dessert. That kept me sane!

seriously bro... i mean god... if i was on 15 iu of gh, i'd drink a 75 gr protein shake in the morning with some captain crunch cereal.... 2 or 3 burgers for lunch... and probably a pizza for dinner and another shake if i'm hungry with a pb and jelly sandwich...
but FOR FUCK'S SAKE NOT ALL OF US CAN AFFORD 15 IU OF GH PER DAY!!!
4 iu HG growth = $15... x 4... that's $60 a day... $420 per week... $8400 for 20 weeks worth... you have to be a really dumb fuck to drop that kind of money on GH unless you shit $100 bills.

750 sustanon per week, 600 mg eq per week... i think the first 4 weeks i was doing 80 mg of anavar (if i had the money, i'd do 10 weeks of 100 mg anavar per day... very underrated aas for fatloss) and 4 iu gh 5 on/2 off (pharma grade)
ephedrine, t3 and clen here and there (i never have a schedule for that... just increase and decrease whenever i feel like it)
and i'm sorry... i can't talk about what faisal uses on this forum... a lot of his friends are here (they never post, but read) and it wouldn't be nice to post up his shit here on a forum this big. Not a lot of people on 'other forums' so i can do it there.

2 scoops whey with water and 2 tbsp peanut butter for lunch
same thing after work out
at night i ate 200 grams of lean beef... or something like that...
I did this friday afternoon til monday night (weekdays start on saturday here, not monday)... monday night i'd go out with the wifey and get some pizza, ice cream, and pie and eat until my farts start smelling like someone opened a manhole.
tuesday and wednesday i go back on the diet until 10 pm on wednesday and i eat whatever i want... thursday i'm usually not hungry and just eat 1 junk food meal... friday morning i eat some cereal or shit and go back on the diet after that.
cardio was 45 minutes of walking in the morning.

I haven't started training like serge or gironda until recently... at that time i was training low volume, which would also explain why it took so damn long.
I don't think the cheat meals affected progress that much... infact, i wouldn't have gained as much muscle as i did if i didn't include them.
I think the what kept me from getting faster results is not starting off from the get go with the T3, clen, and ephedrine...
if i had to do it again, i'd do the same thing but switch the training, and start off on 50 mcg t3, 120 mcg clen, and 30 mg ephedrine and up the dose every 2 weeks or so.
i'm not using GH right now.. just low dose stuff (low dose for us bodybuilders :p, not HRT... meaning around a gram total) and i've started the 'cutting' process 3 weeks ago and i have 5 weeks to go... will post before and after pics when i'm done. I'll show you that you can actually ger really fucking lean by eating 3 meals a day and training with light weights without losing muscle (maybe gaining some after you carb up)... in these 3 weeks my waist went from 35.5 down to 33.25 yesterday (yesterday was the begining of week 3). The smallest my waist had ever been eating 5-6 meals per day was 32 inches... gonna see if i can get it down to 30 with these 3 meals.

his tranformation is good,,but rest assure he was before already at 10% bf ,,the pic before is at true 10%,,his fat was held mainy in back and water retention on lower back but bf to begin with was low,,what the 4 iu did for him was adding new dimention of the physiqe while reducing bf even more into the 6% area while sculpting the phsyiqe by adding more muscle fiber that was blown up by the steroid,,this is done on the doses he specified and thats why fella not big but more of average size,,if he did 5-6 iu 1 gram test eq 800mg tren 50-100mg every 2 day he would have been even bigger as in 200-210lb in this condition ....if he multiply thoe doses he would see same thing he would be 230lb in this condition ,,and if he triple the doses he would be..

Gonna do a gironda type diet.
Protein and fats for 3 or 4 days, gonna do a quick refeed and keep repeating that for 6 weeks. Ill see where it gets me.
I might even do a lil' cardio too.

Gonna do a gironda type diet.
Protein and fats for 3 or 4 days, gonna do a quick refeed and keep repeating that for 6 weeks. Ill see where it gets me.
I might even do a lil' cardio too.

it's no secret at all that the more money you put into this game, the more you'll get back... but i'm getting too old for this shit and i'll be pretty happy if i can get back to that 190 lbs condition...
