there are like a 1000 foods with carbs fiber and protien and only a few meat sources of just protien and fat =shitty energy

fat is only best used for a slow stress environment and if there is no other food available.... Your brain requires sugars and glucose first. before you do anything lifting wise you have to have the mood and signal to desire to lift this comes from enough sugars. fat is only useful in a famine. its all chemistry

the typical carbohydrate molecule percentage wise have more oxygen atoms in it, than what a fat molecule have.
fat molecule is almost only Carbon and Hydrogen with just a few Oxygen atoms.
carb molecules have more oxygen and hydrogen in them
2 Hydrogen + 1 oxygen makes water molecule = no energy
perhaps we get more out of breath from fat 'energy', no?
I have noticed this, I used to eat meat with every meal before and my thought process was much more "dead"
