Just curious Falcon, How's come it took you so long to get lean a few years back? And how's come you didn't even get ripped at that time? FYI, if you are sitting at 15% bodyfat right now, then you can hit 8% within 3 weeks. So why did it take you so damn long? And why did you fail in your quest for a ripped status?

Falcon was ripped once but has been working on building a spaceship recently, epic leans have taken a back seat for the moment. 8)

Ohhh man, your abdominal muscles must be out of sync with the cosmic energy of your soul, maybe you are training them too much and must give them a needed break to regenerate by crushing some aloe vera up and inserting it into your rectum to detoxify your colon. Or perhaps training them too litte, in which case the muscle fibers may be angry at you.

Here's a remedy that will shed pounds
1 cup Olive Oil
1 raw potato
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Borax
electrodes hooked up to a car battery
1 beer.
Blend, shock and drink. Do this 3 times a day.

Challenge...being yourself up to 190-200lbs at 10% and then we will be impressed other than that you are a stickman who cant break 180 on a geam plus of gear who is a patheytic pee wee herman woody allen stick man

It's really amazing the shape he got into and at such a tall height. Doesn't have the gangly look that so many tall people have and can't shake. Really a genetic marvel.

You should have competed or worked as a stripper - thong + banjo.
Very few people are this gifted physique and height wise. Only folks like Ralph Möller come to mind who are even taller while still having great proportions.

most people that height look like a bean pole and never fill their frame , he was a rare exception
