i saw a thread about a deal between stan and flex concerning a fitness chain in flex's name...and now....flex is suing stan if i'm correct. did flex take a couple of dollars upfront instead of % ownership for the use of his name and image only to find out that stan was putting together a couple of locations down the road?

WTF, there was a vid posted on here that I didn't look at , but peeps on here were saying, that Flex's name was nowhere on that...I'm sure that they may resolve whatever is going on...Flex apparently has a a line of his own (clothing, supps, etc)

flexwheelerfitness was on the front of the building with his image but it's stan's fitness center.
this has another flex f##k up written all over it.
his clothing line will do the same as the dollar store shoes he had. the fitness center was nice and backed by stan's 8 figs.
i'm willing to bet flex took 5k upfront or something like that.

hoepfully he's not suing Stan, seems like Stan has helped him alot....like it could be a licensing aggreemtn, or that Felx runs it, but Stan owns it, and it's Flex's name that brings in the customers..maybe Flex needs to use Shaw Ray as a business consultant.

If I had to guess...I would say Stan is in the right. Flex is a shit magnet, everything he is party to ends up bad. He is living on a past that never was what it could and should have been. Selling his name as if anyone cared and having all the work done by the people that put the money up. And then wanting to be paid way more then he is entitled to. Big piece of shit in my book

Think this was a bad business deal for both. Nobody knows who Flex is, and you can't make money off of a gym or a small chain of gyms like that...even LT...
But, maybe this has somethig to do with Flex's brand, don't know. Maybe the deal is that Stan fronts the gym, as he is more well known in that area, and then when people ask who is "Flex", then it is known...we still don't know what the deal is...

anyway...stan's company was Vilaire Communications which worked with Bell South and possibly a reseller like ACNinc. I knew a guy who was a minority partner with ACN yrs back, and they were primarily baby bell resellers.
i guess the judge is out on stan being this genius telecom moguel. things are always played over-the-top on getbig. i wonder why ??? reseller or not...9 figs to dump his customer base is :o.

Blow out some organs, lied about ninjas, was never a real MMA fighter, blew through all his money and took donations, was known for being a lazy weak trainer and allegedly used gear even after a family member gave him one of their organs to save his life. How is it smart again?
