Flex Wheeler and Stan Efferding Fitness Deal?

i saw a thread about a deal between stan and flex concerning a fitness chain in flex's name...and now....flex is suing stan if i'm correct.  did flex take a couple of dollars upfront  instead of % ownership for the use of his name and image only to find out that stan was putting together a couple of locations down the road?   

news on this matter?

WTF, there was a vid posted on here that I didn't look at , but peeps on here were saying, that Flex's name was nowhere on that...I'm sure that they may resolve whatever is going on...Flex apparently has a a line of his own (clothing, supps, etc)

hoepfully he's not suing Stan, seems like Stan has helped him alot....like it could be a licensing aggreemtn, or that Felx runs it, but Stan owns it, and it's Flex's name that brings in the customers..maybe Flex needs to use Shaw Ray as a business consultant.

Stan is a very smart business man. If Wheeler was dumb enough to take cash up front or any other kind of simpleton deal.  That's his fault.

If I had to guess...I would say Stan is in the right.  Flex is a shit magnet, everything he is party to ends up bad.  He is living on a past that never was what it could and should have been.  Selling his name as if anyone cared and having all the work done by the people that put the money up.  And then wanting to be paid way more then he is entitled to.  Big piece of shit in my book

So Im sure Flex has agreed on letting Stan use his name somehow, and didnt expect it would happen so soon or something.
I feel confident claiming that Stan isn't doing anything wrong At all.

And I think Stan can afford better lawyers then Flex also LOL.
