Just randomly doing exercises and sets. And his form on the Smith is crummy. His heels are coming up and his knees are SO far forward. All genetics and drugs.

I think its okay to criticize someone with a poor work ethic who sticks thousands of dollars into his body to achieve a desired look. Just because he is Mr. O that doesn't mean he is above criticism.

Exactly. So lame. No progression. Why not go for broke at this stage and actually attempt to break out of his perpetual training rut? Why not hit the gas a little? ... well, not that kind. That kind he's had flat to the floor for a LONG time.
Guy waltzes into the gym with not a hint of intensity or battle readiness and sleep walks through another boring and banal workout.
Exercisers work out. Athletes train.
There is no training going on here.

I tried it once. ONCE.. The soreness was unbelievable..Couldn't walk, stand, sit, shit, or anything for about 2 weeks.

when you are on over 3-4g's of test EW, 1g of tren EW, 2 g's of eq, or deca EW, 20+iu ED,and slin...it doesnt really matter how, or what you do...as long as blood gets to the muscle...

Right leg is smaller, so trying to get xtra stimulation from each rep.

Jay is clearly 280+ lbs there and still shows good separations between his delts and arms. I think that he's the most massive man ever under 5'10. He seems like he only has 10 lbs or so to lose for him to be good enough to step onstage.

A guy that size and on that much sauce and holding a title called Mr. Olympia should be wrecking gyms with intensity and freaky performance. Period. Jay should be burying poundages ranging from 405 to 585 regularly on Olympic squats and generally freaking out other gym members each and every time he enters for a session.

Give it a rest. Mr. Olympia needs to be an athlete ... someone who will partake in a little danger in an effort to become and remain the best. Better to go down as a warrior than as a spineless and boring wimp.

Quite true, the gym "warriors" like Ronnie, Dorian, Chris Cormier-- got injured, except for Shawn Ray...but these men have become legends, and have inspired us, inspired the debates of HIT vs Volume, inspired us to buy the vids the books...

Every old school trainer you'll talk to or old school training book you'll read will say something similar to corect imbalances. Such as doing one leg calf raises to balace out a weaker calf. Goes way back to the pre- Arnold days. How many people on here know what "burns" are? Probably not many..

I actually agree with you. Compare him to Ronnie Coleman who actually enjoys training each time he sets the foot in the gym, and who does it with so much passion and intensity. Ronnie will always amaze you with some heavy ass front squats or deadlifts. Jay cutler is all show. Hes all plastic and I think he considers bodybuilding a job he just has to do more than anything else. All marketing and money. I do think he is a great guy and bodybuilder none the less, but he aint the most inspiring one thats for sure.
