Monday - 20 sets of iso lateral incline press (plates) , super set with 20 sets of barbell bicep curls
Tuesday - 40 sets of barbell shrugs (20 front and 20 back), super set with 20 sets of tricep press down
wednesday-off
Thursday- 20 sets of iso lateral bench press (plates) - super set with 20 set of dumbell curls
Friday- 20 sets of dumbell should repress-super set with tricep kick backs
Sat--do a mini version of mon, tuesday, friday and sat
Sun-cardio then church
am I missing anything? will this get me ready for Mr. Getbig?
my stack will only be plasmosis

Da only thing ya gots to do is progressive overload to hit da muscles truly hard, like strapping on a 45 lb plate and doin 8 kleen reps on da pullups 8) as 4 kleen diet ROFL ;D ya don't need dat to get to da true sub 7% like God says 8)
