Tuesday - 40 sets of barbell shrugs (20 front and 20 back), super set with 20 sets of tricep press down
wednesday-off
Thursday- 20 sets of iso lateral bench press (plates) - super set with 20 set of dumbell curls
Friday- 20 sets of dumbell should repress-super set with tricep kick backs
Sat--do a mini version of mon, tuesday, friday and sat
Sun-cardio then church
