I have also listened about some mix reaction, but I am not getting clearly what should I do. Is this supplement is really good or just ok.
Please suggest me some if you can and suggest some other supplement which I can take. Thank you.

There was a thread on here a while back concerning CLA effectiveness; the search engine won't let me find it, though.
CLA is often heralded as an effective stim-free fat burner, as well as having a host of other benefits: http://www.nutros.net/nsr-0202l.html
IIRC - the discussions on here mentioned that there are different sources of CLA, and the one that supplement companies commonly sell in capsule form can actually be harmful to your health.
Again, I don't remember the details, but I believe that Princess & SMM were involved in the discussion, and you can rely on information those two post.
I believe that Necrosis once mentioned that sesamin oil is an effective stim-free lipolytic agent.
Suckmymuscle will probably have (or can find) the most current data on both supplements.

Here are a couple:
Conjugated linoleic acid supplementation for 1 y reduces body fat mass in healthy overweight humans.

Conjugated linoleic acid reduces body fat mass in overweight and obese humans.

in the first study, HDL decreases and LDL increased in the CLA group which is an adverse outcome. Im against CLA usage for fat loss as there are healthier fats that have better effects on lipolysis. for example, cla downregulates PPAR-alpha which is bad for fat loss, while fish oil increases it.
However, i will say that more research needs to be done as some stuff. Have you personally had any results from it? primodial performance another good company has a product called CLA ethyl ester which is a good CLA product also.

Thanks!
Yes, the second thread:
I know. I guess that was my point.
CLA IS a trans fat (you said that - I agree) It's naturally occurring. And it might be beneficial.
The CLA sold as a supplement is manufactured from veg oil. Useless & maybe harmful.
As far as the chemical structure differences ??? don't know (or care).
We're basically in agreement here.
ya this is what i have been saying, its pointless to supplement it, it has shown many negatives and i cant see anygood reason for increasing it in your diet.
i would also include omega 6 in that category too, with the average diet in mind.

Years ago I took huge amounts of CLA and cant say it did a damn thing.. not worth it too me.

I don't doubt those who say they've gotten results "with" it.
However, most people who report good results from CLA are using it in conjunction with other things like good diet, good training, other (effective) effective supplements, etc.
That leaves me wondering how effective the CLA by itself really is/was, since you can't gauge its effectiveness individually.
