How the heck does Wolf beat Victor?
*shaking head in disbelief*

He said when the new guys start beating him, it's time to retire. Evan has beaten him twice now. Add in Dennis beating him for the first time and Dexter has one foot out the door.

Still, even if he's "only" the 6th or 7th best BBer on the planet... isn't that enough of a paycheck to keep doing it? Most Bbers will never get anywhere close to 7th in the world. A 5th place at the ASC is a lifetime best to some guys. Maybe Dex just lowers his expectations down to 90% and keeps making a great living from BBing?

You don't have to keep competing to make a great living. Look at all the retired pros who are still making a living off bodybuilding. Dexter is a promoter now, so maybe he will go down that road.

It's going to kill Chad to say nice things about Wolf. I bet he mentions that Dennis should have been a couple spots lower.

yeah i'm betting he's onstage another 2-3 years.
promoters break even or lose $ a lot of the time. Dex can make 75 to 100k doing smaller shows, plus endorsements, guest posings, etc. Unless your name is Ronnie, you lose a lot of that $ when you retire.

i'm just happy we were able to add Essa to the list of future mr O's that have been annointed with the title by Flex Wheeler.
