Maybe bcz people get lazy?? And dont train with the same weight/intensity? This is my own experience to, but Im oly 31 now, soon 32, my legs was biggest when I was aorund 23-24...now I need to gain like 10 pound to get 1/2 inch increase on my tighs...scary! Well, guess I could make them grow if I took hormons, but thats not my thing! |

Being completely honest here, I'd prefer to have Dexter's build over Branch's build any day.
By the definition of bodybuilding alone, Dexter has a solid package that flows well and doesn't have too many weak points. While he is not perfect and does indeed have high-lat insertions, he presents a good package and looks good.
