Not so easy when you're sporting a pregnant GH gut...almost none of today's pros do it.

thats true. you must be lean and have a flat stomach. exhale all the air from your diaphragm and then "pull" your stomach in without breathing.

Good analysis.. He has the conditioning, but lacks the flow of an Dexter, Peter (Molnar) or Sami, esp on his arms.
He has a good face (no homo), which is good for sponsorships/appearances.

I couldn't put the 'arms 'in terms ,yeah they don't quite match delts and flow 'the thickness/pop.

the posing was lame..with this little jump before he hit poses..

didnt flow at all.. a load of random compulsories strung together with crappy transitions..

check out labrada's posing routines..guys these days dont put any thought or practice into them..
