Is so fucking easy to do a vacuum its almost laughable. Once you learn how exhale all the air from your diaphragm and flex your abs its a piece of cake. Of course you cant do that if youre 20+ bf. You should be lean enough.

Not so easy when you're sporting a pregnant GH gut...almost none of today's pros do it.

thats true. you must be lean and have a flat stomach. exhale all the air from your diaphragm and then "pull" your stomach in without breathing.

Someone could think today this kind of physiques aren´t the best of all times? If Bodybuilding will be full of these, probably our future could be better. The same for gyms, equipment, supplements, magazines, etc...
