Presenting the first of a two-part Kai Greene instructional video series! The video was shot at Metrofitness Gym in Columbus, Ohio during the Arnold Classic weekend and features Kai training with the winner of the first “Train with Kai” essay contest sponsored by MuscleMeds.
Eighteen year old footbal player and bodybuilder Brandon Graham was put through an exhausting full-body workout but I think what Kai exercised the most was Brandon’s brain, giving him tips, hints and guidance to enhance his experience in the gym, as well as the rest of his life.

In this second and final part of Kai Greene's first instructional video series, the winner of the "Train with Kai" contest finds himself being pushed to his limits while trying to keep up with an off-season Kai. Part 1 showed Kai testing to see if he could push Brandon hard. In part 2 it seems like Kai is seeing just how hard Brandon can be pushed during this total-body workout.
We came to Metrofitness gym in Columbus to record a staged media event for MuscleMeds, but as this session wears on my documentary instincts kick in as I realize that what is happening here is becoming real.

agree
kai is a very interesting character but you can tell he knows what hes talking about
-
Wh...wh...what?? I had to double check to be sure that this was Getbig!! LOL! Thanks.
-
Has anyone ever trained this way? Take 1 day a week where you train your whole body....following by couple days of hard eating to recuperate.
-
That's not "coach" from GetBig...

yeah I don't care that Kai had to fuck a grape fruit to support himself. The world is a tough place and you need to do what's necessary to pursue your dreams. The fact of the matter is he understands biomechanics better than any other bodybuilder I have seen. Watching him I'm convinced that his exceptional all around leg development is the product of this knowledge and not just drugs and genetics.
It's also the reason why he is such an exceptional poser. He really understands the body.

I train like this now
I train my full body in 3 circuits in one workout. I take 2 days off then repeat. 5 times in 2 weeks. I like it much better
-
Support Mike Pulcinella and take a look at his Raising the Bar dvd series.
3 exceptional documentaries focusing on his brother's quest for the elusive pro card.

How would a normal workout look like? Number of exercises, sets....straight or supersets...

-
agree
kai is a very interesting character but you can tell he knows what hes talking about
kai PLAYS an interesting character, but he is just repeating to others the same stuff Charles Glass was showing him in Venice two yrs ago.
-
He was most likely the only entrant into this essay contest

In one of training periodizations I put together a 3 day per week, full body power/strength training protocol that works better than anything. We have 4 schools that use our systems and one of those schools won CIF, best part is the injury percentage of each school went down significantly. We have high school athletes that would devastate 1/2 this board in strength, speed and conditioning.

Shit, if Obama approves of it, I'm going to have to make changes to it to make it better :)

i took "biomechanics of human movement" in college...
you have to get a c or above in calc 1 to be allowed to take it
i doubt kai can do calc

Are you still doing your thongstarvaganza, Coach?

and I doubt a single one of the people in your class understood it on a practical level as well as Kai, though no doubt he would not be able to calculate torques as well as they can.

the kid: " hundreds thousand of million people are gonna watch me on the internet cause I'm with Kai Greene"
I love how the narator is desperately trying to make this into a documentary about the origins of mankind... it's a fucking advert for pushing scam supplements. That's all. A workout.

Origins of mankind?? LOL! Now who's exaggerating?
It's about a kid pushed beyond what he thought he was prepared for. In documentary that's called "human interest". I'd like to see YOU go through this workout!
