i have thirteen kids by thirteen women.  I only slept with twelve of them but one of the women has an identical twin who I got pregnant even though I never slept with her. had to get a DNA test before I believed that one.  Another woman I only had anal with but she got pregnant too.  Before I went to Iraq to earn the first of several $600,000 paychecks I had to undergo a medical and the doctor ran a test on my sperm and he said the motility of my sperm was extremely high and that they seemed to head straight for the egg like bullets from a sniper's rifle. explains my impregnating women I don't even have vaginal or in one case any intercourse with.   :)

I've been teaching speed for years, it wasn't up until about the last 5 month when I decided to start having camps. We have 4 locations now. We start working on another commercial for the older athletes (HS/college) in a couple of weeks then we have a combine technique video coming out in a couple of months. We do combine training for HS and College athletes.

You have camps because it's an easy way to make money.  Truth it they are kids, if they want to run faster send them to a track coach.  Parents don't see that and send them to you.  A former bodybuilder now claiming to teach speed.  BTW combine training is a joke.  Let me guess you have them do the bench, jump up and down then run 40's and squat?  WOW! breath taking!

Truth is the college kids have a base from real coaches in college, all you have to do is get them to then specialize for a few weeks to improve in those areas.

Coach,

I commend you for working with kids to improve their overall lives.  These kids can be out selling crack cocaine in the tough streets of South Central, Compton or Watts, but instead they are investing their time into after-school sports and doing something productive that can possibly lead to a good future in professional sports entertainment.

Good for you man, if only I had the time and patience, I would also help out kids.  For now, I am happy with just giving to charities that serve underprivileged kids in South Africa.

100% bullshit!

Track coaches need to stick with coaching track competitors.

It doesn't take a track coach to teach simple running mechanics.

Besides simply getting stronger and more explosive through lifting + plyos will improve acceleration and top end speed.

G_Thang, before you talk trash, go to your local video store (a place that rents out VHS tapes) and pick up Colors with Sean Penn.

Well....if those kids ran track I would send them to a track coach, but none of those kids run track, most play football and since football and most sports like baseball, soccer, Lacrosse are all first step and 90% change of direction and deceleration, someone who does what I do would suit them better.

I had 2 athletes from USC in the NFL combines this year, can I make someone like that faster, hell no, but I teach them to be more efficient in their running mechanics and maybe teach them a better technique to help bring their times down. It's harder to teach kids than it is to teach a college JR or Sr. or pro because they've been there, but showing them how to relax when they run or adjusting mechanics in a drill WILL make them quicker in a change of direction drill. We don't teach them how to run 400m, as a matter of fact we rarely go beyond 20 yards because they don't have first step quickness they'll have a hard time making it in any sport. Besides....speed starts in the gym, not on a track.

A football player wears equipment so the last person to teach one how to run would be a track coach.  Not only that, a football player runs on grass and is required to change direction very quickly.

And the ones who did were on track scholarship who "walked on" as football players.

They more than likely already came from a track back ground. I went through this with a coach earlier thid yead, he wanted a running back to take track in his offseason, I told the kid ot wouldn't do him anygood, he's a jr and he's already running a 4.6. Bottom linen IMO, you can go from track to football but going from football to track doesn't usually work. The only thing a track coach is going to do is work on mechanics.

Right, in your previous post you said MOST college football players run track.
There might be 2-3 guys on a fb team who run track, hardly constitutes as "most"
Your list represents an extreme minority of of guys who are fb players first.

On my college team in the ACC we had 3 guys who ran track- one did decathalon (4 year scout teamer at tailback), one did high jump (6th string wide out) and one was a 100m sprinter (actually started at wide out and was drafted by the Jags)

You do realize that most high school/College Football players run track, right?

Professional football players make way more than professional track athletes.  Since the majority of college football players wish to turn pro, they would usually give up anything that has nothing to do with their goals, such as track.  Perhaps that is common in high school but its very rare on the college level

Finally, a video without heavy metal music or pushing around a car

Cool.  Good to see that at least someone is not spending their entire day bickering & jerking off online.

you make christians look bad.
Give Coach a break...he's, obviously, fallen victim to "the game"...meaning that society places expectations on all of us to lose virginity to marriage, have 2.5 children, work 50+ hrs/week, family dog, over-extended mortgage, car payments, weekend family iced tea BBQ's, PTA meetings, stressed to the gills, and sex once/month....seriously, who, in their right mind, voluntarily signs up for this shit?

No car payments. House payment only. Very little stress. I love my life.

Local FOX sports, ESPN. FNL (Friday Night Lights websites throughout So.Cal, etc. FYI, I'm the one who didn't post the commercial on here, for whatever reason Goodrum took upon himself to find it and post it. I wasn't going to post on here at all,

Only exercise necessary is upright rows
I'm thinking of adding wrist curls BDB would that constitute overtraining? Whats your best on wrist curls?
