King worked his neck 2-3 times a week on the Nautilus 4-Way Neck Machine.

One of the nicest guys you could ever meet also.

Neck harnesses arent stupid man, they are really effective if you do them right. Nothing beats the wrestlers bridge though, I always found a huge neck looks powerful and intimidating.
