All natural, I dont even take creatine. Just a protein shake after workout. I just lift heavy and do cardio. Feel free to guess my weight and height and flame away.

you look around 5'7 - 5'8 at about 210 -220lbs.
Bodyfat is up there around 19% - give or take.
You have no cuts, so your abs prolly barely show an outline, unless you are genetically gifted with the brick sized abs like I am.

Its true. And honestly, I'm very inconsistent with my workout regimen. I'll go 5 months of training, then 5 months off at a time, depending on my schedule.

Don't take 5 months off training, it's a lot of time, be consistent!

good guess Im 5'10, 215 in those pics, around 15% bf. However I like when I cut to about 195 cause I look alot leaner and dont lose any size, mostly fat. Im gonna start cutting soon so I'll probably throw up some more pics whenever I get there.

haha you're right. As far as training goes, I want to be as strong as possible at the leanest weight. So for instance, I'd love to drop down to about 190 pounds and being able to bench 400+, squat 500 plus, and deadlift 550+. I have to do alot of cardio/run (military) so being over 220+ really doesnt help me with that, and the military is more about cardio/running than anything else.
