Ok I want to start building mass, like the guys I see in the magazines. What is a good regime to get on. I can drink my protein shakes in the late night, not in the morning. So please help. How many protein calories should I consume?
I workout when I can and lift heavy, workouts are usually 2 hours long.

I have a unusual circumstance I am in. If I consume 3 whey drinks in a row at night, will that make up for the ones I miss during the day?

I was a big enough kid before I started training and added over 4 stone in what 6-7 years. Not groundbreaking.

Get a 5lb tub of it and have your workout partner beat you over the head with it until you bleed out. Good luck.

Ok, so spaced over 6 hours, drink my protein shakes at night(3 shakes, 1 every 2 hours), and I should receive my daily protein consumption that way?
