my today's shoulders routine as following:
Shrug                           8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Cable upright rowing       10-15 reps x 8-10 sets
Dumbell(Cable) side raise  8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Bent-over cable side raise 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets
Two-hand press (machine) 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets

oh, and he is natural too!!

what a joke......do 6-9 sets of whatever excersise with charles glass and you would not be able to raise your arms for a week......

more does not mean better!

Try less sets and even try 6 to 8 reps 4 sets 4 exercises that is plenty esp if you are a natty.Try eating a nice steak and rice meal 4 times a week and get some good sleep you might even get upto 140lb doing this.

I have trained almost 40 years!(i born 1953)
Most of my posts here always with pics or videos.
And how many guys can keep training 30 or 40 years like me?
No matter juiced or natural.

 You are a great weightlifter with a solid foundation.

 You are also on steroids though for sure.

I feel every set works.
I favour high sets.
And i don't believe 8-10 sets for big muscle group is enouth(juicer except)

Musclecenters big secret is ginseng.  It needs to be fresh and picked everyday to have an effect.  Not the cheap drug store stuff.

for a bodybuilder almost 60s,always need more sets to warm and to pump the muscle.
if you guys reach to 50s in the future and hope to improve,then you know why ;)
