Well the increase in fat weight would probably be compensated by the loss of kidney weight. Then you get a slight case of death and you're on your way to getting ripped.

meat is highly thermogenic and it is a very energy extensive process to break it down into useable energy since its amino acid form can not be utilized as it is and the resulting energy is very little. all in all you can not get fat on meat alone.

Well it can get up fast with the insulin shake
I drink 1k calories, 2 times a day for my 2 workouts
so that's 2k only during training, plus 800 cal at every meal or so.
this puts me at 4500 calories or so also, I would assume Khan who is twice my size would eat about 6500k but I guess I was wrong
I know Aceto has troy Alves bulking on like 3500 cals lol

i didnt say 10,000 calories. yoru right. but sure, why not?
deicide, try eating 5lbs of lean meat in one day using only fat and carb free seasonings/sauces. thats only going to get your about 400 grams of protein and say 2,000 calories.
while im sure you might be able to eat all of it, youd be full, and you wouldnt want to eat that much meat on your own anyway.
but i bet you couldnt eat 10lbs of meat in one day.
and you sure as hell couldnt eat 20lbs of meat in a day. which is about what it owuld take for yout o get 10,000 calories from meat.
all that said..............
if you did end up stuffing your face with lets say 10 lbs of meat in one day.... first of all, only a % of that is going to be digested... and secondly you still wouldnt get fat even if it was all digested because its all complex amino acid chains that yeild low energy and take alot of energy to break down..

I'm going to have to agree with tbombs here, even though this is not even a feasible scenerio. Let's say you eat pure chicken breast all day long and nothing else then it would be impossible to gain fat from the chicken no matter how much chicken you eat (even it is 10 000 cal worth) but after 3 -4 days you would have severe problems with your digestive system and wouldn't be able to keep this up. It would feel like a pop can came out of your ass from the constapation.

I tried an experiment once, years ago; ate only meat and fish for a month, with fiber tabs for dumps, not even eggs because they have a slight amount of carbs; anyway, all I ate was meat drenched in butter or fish with olive oil, tons of it. I put on fat, sure enough.

I asked my trainer the other day if it was possible to have a bodybuilder ranging from 3%bf to 20%bf all eating 4000 calories and he said most definitely. Just makes you realize just like with anything else... after a certain point its a waste of money and you need to up the trianing intensity or just let time take its course.

yeah it depends on a lot of things
I go by the scale, I think if I gain more than 1 lb a week it's definitly too much (after a rebound of course, water weight don't count)
