On account of the size of my chest and arms, I am constantly asked what am I "taking". I always let my pupils know first off that steroids are for cheaters and losers and therefore are off limits. Then I let them know about three full body workouts per week including squats, bench press, military press, chins, barbell rows, barbell curls, French curls and so on. Then I go over the importance of a diet centered around meat, eggs, peanut butter sandwiches, fresh fruits and vegetables, and, of course, a gallon of whole milk a day. Now if we want a little extra advantage, an edge so to speak, there are two "supplements" we can add: Dessicated Liver Tablets and Milk and Egg Protein mixed with heavy cream. The Liver tablets will fortify the red blood cells with iron, vitamin b, and amino acids. The Milk and Egg protein when mixed with heavy cream and sipped throughout the day will turn your muscles into granite.

Was so excited that I read that again. I may have to PM GH15 for clarification because it sure sounds like maybe those liver tablets are a version of "blood doping", scary stuff.

I've found the same to be true, minus the dairy. I've got a problem with dairy.

If you weren't a gimmick and you are really as old as you let on, you probably wouldn't be eating like this and with quantity. If you are, check frequently with your cardiologist.

Doctor's are for sick people. I'm healthy as a horse because I know how to eat and how to work out. I know when to fast for a few days to rid the body of toxins. I know how to breathe. I am a student of Bernarr MacFadden and quite frankly, I think you should tend not only to your own failing health, but to the state of your soul.

I have no health problems, but I do realize I'm getting older and watch how I eat especially when it comes to quantity. Sometimes genetics is a bitch and all the training and eating right isn't enough. Although all of blood counts came back perfect, I was diagnosed with pre-hypertension (142/90) so just to protect my heart he placed me on a low dose ace inhibitor. I went for my follow up and even though I carefully (for the most part) watch what I eat, my HDL's were low (44) so he placed me on 10mg of lipitor. I train with weights 2-4 days per week cardio 3-5 days per week and this doesn't include working out on the field with the team.

How has your hormone use chaged as you got older? Did you lower the dosage a lot or change compounds?

A gallon of WHOLE milk a day.loaded in milk fat and sugar...lol...milk and egg protein--thats ok.. but with CREAM.
