On account of the size of my chest and arms, I am constantly asked what am I "taking". I always let my pupils know first off that steroids are for cheaters and losers and therefore are off limits. Then I let them know about three full body workouts per week including squats, bench press, military press, chins, barbell rows, barbell curls, French curls and so on. Then I go over the importance of a diet centered around meat, eggs, peanut butter sandwiches, fresh fruits and vegetables, and, of course, a gallon of whole milk a day. Now if we want a little extra advantage, an edge so to speak, there are two "supplements" we can add: Dessicated Liver Tablets and Milk and Egg Protein mixed with heavy cream. The Liver tablets will fortify the red blood cells with iron, vitamin b, and amino acids. The Milk and Egg protein when mixed with heavy cream and sipped throughout the day will turn your muscles into granite.
