Why do you think 'frying' your muscles is the best strategy for making gains?

The 21s are great for juicers, but only for them. A natural has zero benefit from them.

I will...does it matter which "handle" you use? I like using the "V Grip" one, as I feel it more in the outside head.

Post by: mesmorph78 on May 27, 2011, 02:48:53 PM
that's my favorite attachment.. i alternate between that and the cambered handle
i did them last though
today after chest my tri routine was
weighted dips
close grip benches
then 21 pushdowns for tris

Don't act like you invented this 21, you seen ronnie doing them for bicep curls.

anyway ive noticed tri's need a lot of reps and sets otherwise they dont grow for shits

THis may come as a shock to you meso but you  work  your hardest while executing a heavy load, not doing tons of partial reps with a silly cable isolation movement.

Yes they can
With the fixed bars usually used for bicep curls
7 reps shoulder width
7 reps close hands just about touching
7 reps wide hands touching the inside of the weight on each side

No you must not do this.

MAYBE if you are running a 50/50 mix of creatine ethly ester and monohydrate rather than mono alone but even then I would recommend getting your blood work done regularly.

this....
groink its simple ive been training naturally for around 10 yrs now... not many people will give that much time and dedication or patience... to training... not even pros....  so when they see pics they will quickly assume and take pleasure in trying to tear down and disregard what others have achieved.
